Oh noes! A giant swastika!
The discovery of giant swastika in an upper Bavarian cornfield has led investigators to fear the symbol indicates a resurgence of right-wing activity.
A photographer discovered the Nazi symbol in Aßling, Germany on Sunday and dutifully reported his find to the police, who say they’ve never seen anything like it before.
“At the most someone has peed a swastika into the snow,” Bavarian police investigator Gerhard Karl said.
Although it is suspected drunken revelers from a nearby open-aired concert may have stomped out the swastika, which is about the size of half a baseball field, authorities are not taking the matter lightly. Public display of the symbol is outlawed in Germany and can bring up to three years in prison.
Landowner Erna Lechner called the discovery a “pigsty” and a “murderous injury” to farmers in the Upper Bavaria region. The crop may have to be destroyed now, she said.

What do you mean, “right wing”? Nazis are national SOCIALISTS! They’re left-wingers. As for Germany, I lived there six years while in the Air Force, and can tell you that this doesn’t reflect the vast majority of Germans’ opinions. This was most likely some kids or something. Germany is a federalist republic, modeled on the US model, but the Nazi era is still a very sensitive topic, and it’s illegal to display a swastika.

National Socialism was NOT the “third way”! It was the left wing of the socialist agenda which had it’s roots in the 1848 “year of rebellion” in Europe and the Paris commune. Hitler stole the name “National Socialism” from Anton Drexler the locomotive machinist who founded the party. Stalin called it “Socialism in one country” to counter the internationalist Trotsky. Stalin destroyed the Comminern and thus internationalism a tool of Socialist revolution. Lenin’s “one backward to take two steps forward” was to allow private industries on Bolshevik Russia. Stalin’s paper, “Dizzy with success” attacked the rightwing of the Bolsheviks and Hiter destroyed the leftwing of the Nazi party with the massacre of the SA leadership who wanted to continue the SOCIALIST revolution of Nazism.
