A Kenyan court has sentenced a man to 14 years in jail for having sex with a donkey.
30-year old Stephen Kipkemoi Rono plead guilty to the crime, saying he was possessed by devil when he did it.
“I am sorry. I plead for leniency because it’s the devil who sent me,” Rono told the court. “I have been living alone since my wife left me to marry another man.”
The court was unconvinced of his demonic possession, and found the father-of-two guilty of having “carnal knowledge of an animal, namely a donkey, which is against the order of nature.”
