Tom Tancredo
Former Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo has written an op-ed piece in The Washington Times calling for the impeachment of Barack Obama, calling the American president “a more serious threat to America than al Qaeda.”
“Our president is an enemy of our Constitution,” Tancredo writes in the piece published last Thursday. “And, as such, he is a danger to our safety, our security and our personal freedoms.
Tancredo writes that Obama has put up “the weakest possible defense of the Defense of Marriage Act despite the Justice Department‘s legal obligation to support existing law,” transferred billions of investor dollars to his supporters in the United Auto Workers” from American car manufacturers Chrysler and GM, and tried to impose a moratorium on offshore drilling despite repeated denials from federal courts.
Tancredo also writes that Obama continues to leave the southern border of the United States open, allowing not only illegals but also possible Hezbollah terrorists to come into the country from Mexico.

No matter where Obama was born, Obama himself, has established that the status of his father at the time of his birth, disqualifies him as a constitutional president, therefore, everyone that is now working for the federal government is 100% treasonous against the contract because every one of the representatives of government have a fiduciary responsibility to understand the contract that they were sworn to uphold. They are committing treason by even working for the criminal regime. The punishment for treason is death.

Any natural born citizen is eligible to run for President of the United States. Natural born means a citizen at birth. Anyone born inside the United States is natural born, as is anyone born in a U.S. possession if one parent is a citizen. So, like it or not, Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States and like it or not, he was legally elected President of the United States. Please don’t further embarass yourself by showing the pathetic state of your knowledge of the Constitution of the United States.
If you want to impeach him, you’re going to have to come up with some real and provable “high crimes and misdemeanors,” not the fever dreams of a hate-filled imagination.

"High Crimes and misdemeanors" is a historic english legal term. "Misdemeanors" includes abuse of office that is not criminal, not just petty crimes. Think about it. Suppose the President became a heavy drinker or for some reason refused to carry out his duties. He would have to be impeached, but would not have committed any crimes. No one has abused his office more than Obama. He needs to be ejected from office ASAP.
