Location of the seized ranches
Members of the notorious Mexican drug cartel Los Zetas have taken over at least two ranches in the Laredos, Texas area, a move the US Border Patrol considers “an act of war.”
The incident, which began sometime over the weekend, was first reported to blogger Diggers Realm after being tipped off by San Diego Minutemen founderJeff Schwilk. The ranches are said to be “near Mines Rd. and Minerales Annex Rd about 10 miles NW of I-35,” Schwilk reported.
All the ranchers living at the locations have been safely evacuated, and currently the situation is at a standoff between an unknown number of Los Zetas forces and US Border Patrol agents.
Initial reports of the incident were harshly questioned and local officials initially denied the incident was happening. “We have been advised to say nothing,” Chief Carlos Maldonaldo of the Laredo Police Dept. told blogger Death By 1,000 Papercuts. “The Webb County Sheriff is taking the lead on this and they’re advising that they can’t confirm anything either.”
The situation has been confirmed by several sources, including Examiner reporter Kimberly Dvorak, who spoke with two anonymous Laredo police officials.
Laredo Border Patrol is assessing the area via aerial surveillance to determine the best way to retake the ranches, Dvorak reports.

I’ve seen this same story posted on 3 sites, all of the sites are basic non msm sites, run by some guy in his bedroom. Im not saying the story is fake but why can we not get a real news site to report this? Does the Constitution not say our Government has to protect our borders and if they don’t we should remove them? I predicted this years ago on this blog and others. Nothing will be done by this president. He will not take any action to protect this country because he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing and the destruction of our way of live is the goal.
