US, Russia Swap Spies

The Russian spies in court last week.

The US has deported 10 Russian spies arrested last week in exchange for four American spies the Russians had in captivity.

The Russian spies plead guilty to conspiracy Thursday and were sentenced to time served and ordered out of the country by a Federal judge. Hours later, the spies were on an airplane back home.

In exchange, Russian president Dmitry Medvedev pardoned Russian citizens Alexander Zaporozhsky, Gennady Vasilenko, Sergei Skripal and Igor Sutyagin, ordering them to be sent to America.
