California Democrat Congressman Pete Stark is under fire for arrogantly mocking constituents wanting border security and a clampdown on illegal aliens at a townhall meeting.
The Democrat congressman, who got an F for his record on immigration, opens the discussion by sarcastically asking a constiuent who claims to be a member of the Minutemen, “Who are you going to kill today?”.
It all goes downhill from there.
Although being a congressman for 38 years, Stark tells the audience that he is not “the government,” then said, “our borders are quite secure, thank you.”
Stark also joked that if a wall were built on the US-Mexican border, he would start selling ladders.
