Vigilante group the Guardian Angels are trying again to start a franchise in Toronto, 14 years after failing miserably and pulling out of the city.
Guardian Angels leader and degenerate dirtbag Curtis Sliwa, who was in Toronto Friday to help start the franchise, will not be getting any help from city officials, though. Mayor David Miller has refused to speak to Sliwa, and police chief Bill Blair says the group tried once and failed, so there is no point their being in town.
“If you look at the New York example when we started, (there were) 2,500 murders a year,” Silwa told CBC News. “Now it’s down to 500. That’s not acceptable but, wow, for us in New York that’s miraculous. Now, I’m not taking all the credit for that, I’m taking a very small slice.”
