Julius Malema
The International Criminal Court says it has gotten the genocide complaint against ANCYL leader Julius Malema filed by an anonymous Rustenburg farmer.
The farmer’s lawyer, Fanie van der Walt says the complaint will now “receive attention” by the Hague.
Malema faces genocide charges for his repeated singing of the old ANC battle song, “Kill the Boer,” which has been banned as hate speech by a South African High Court.
The farmer and his family left South Africa before filing the charges to escape possible persecution.
