Say what? Card allegedly says "black whores"
Hallmark has pulled a three-year-old greeting card from stores shelves after members of the NAACP started openly whining about its “racist” content.
The card congratulates students for graduating from school, and says the graduate is not only going to take on the world, but the entire solar system. It has an audio clip that says, “hey you black holes, watch your back,” which the Los Angeles chapter of the NAACP claims it says, “black whores.”

“That is very demeaning to Black women,” said LA NAACP chapter head Leon Jenkins in a press conference, “when it made reference to African-American women as ‘whores’ and said, ‘watch your back.’”
“It sounds like a group of children laughing, and joking about Blackness… again,” whined Minnie Hatley of the NAACP.
Hallmark says it was a misunderstanding on the part of the NAACP but will pull the offensive cards, which have been for sale for the last three years, off the shelves.

Typical liberal over reacting without getting all their facts first…just like LA boycotting Arizona over a supposedly racist immigration law that they even admitted on the new that they hadn’t read. All they do is prove how ignorant they really are.
Are you serious??? Does this group having nothing better to do than just think things up to pull the race card on. The card mentions something about planets and black holes…how about doing something useful for a change and not just whining what you thought you heard. Its time to grow up people!!!!!!
That’s all they ever do is complain to stir up controversy. They will never let it go. Maybe they should read a history book. Planets & black holes have been around longer than them. NOT named after them.
When aren’t these black race-baiters offended? They’re like the muslims…LIFE offends them.
And, Hallmark caves into the phony outrage.
Yet, where are these black race-baiters when the gangsta rappers put out CD’s that ROUTINELY call black women: “ho’s”, bitches” and “nigga’s”?
Look for these black race-baiters to start shaking-down Hallmark for money.
If someone told me about this story rather than finding out about it by myself, I would have never believed it. I can’t believe an organization who is dedicated to the “advancement” of a people would be so blinded by their own stupidity. Shame on all of you. You are the detriment of the black movement. It is because of you blacks are still seen as unequal, and to be honest, I feel more akin to black people when the very mention of your group isn’t brought into the conversation. You are failing your own people. Go away.
If this group is out looking for racism, is this the best they can come up with? Aren’t there enough lynchings or beatings or segregated lunch counters? Can’t they find a “whites only” sign somewhere? Maybe all this racism they constantly tout isn’t really there.
These people are used to us cowering in fear when they call us racists, but it’s time to stop being afraid of them. It’s time to start lauging at them.
This is why I always assume that any time some black group yells racism they are lying so they can get a gift or a get-out-of-jail-free card off of guilt tripped whites
Wait! Here is an idea! Instead of thinking that “wholes” rhymes with “hoes”, why don’t you start teaching these MORONS that there is an “r” in the English language? or should I pronounce that ” MO – ONS” so you can understand it? While I am at it, why don’t you tell these same uneducated people that the word is S-T-R-E-E-T, not S-K-R-E E T! Hey NAACP! Stop whining about injustice, and start teaching our youths how to use proper English, and maybe they would get a little further in life! STOP MAKING EXCUSES! Our President is black, and he manages to have a FINE command of the English language. You are crippling these black youths by continuing to make excuses for them!
Point the finger at yourselves, and start trying to make a difference, not a controversy!
Perhaps they meant the black ho’s that are orbiting other planets, somewhere in the solar system so THOSE black ho’s orbiting other planets in the solar system, better watch their backs! Wait! Gee, I guess the whole killing cracker babies thing is too clear, now they gotta start finding racism where it isn’t. Yes, it is possible that these people are that dumb.
