Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez broke out into song about US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during a speech Friday, fueling suspicions of the socialist dictator’s mindset and rumored drug use.
The words translate into “I’m not loved by Hillary Clinton… and I don’t love her either.”
