Cuba Has Worst Sugar Harvest Since 1905

Sacked: Avila-Gonzalez

The state-run daily newspaper of Communist dictatorship Cuba reports the country has had its worst sugar harvest since 1905.

Granma reports a deficit of 850,000 tons of sugar, the worst output the island has seen in more than a century. The blame has been put on poor planning from the centralized economy.

Cuban president Raul Castro sacked Sugar Minister Luis Manuel Avila Gonzalez two days before the report was published, replacing him with Orlando Celso Garcia Ramirez.

Gonzales admitted planning failures and asked to be fired from his position, CNN reports.

I think the U.S. should bail out Cuba. After all, they are our closest neighbor and their antipathy toward us is our fault.

Obviously it is Bush’s fault and the fault of those who oppose illegal immigration to the USA. What else could it be?

The Wonders of a Socialist Economy!!! But think of all the assholes here who make every excuse for this degenerate murder and his brother. Why should he care? It won't effect him or his crime family. Tony Soprano only had North Jersey, they have a whole island! Those who attacked Die BoereVolk, with such vitriol, are the same ones who support the Castro Crime Family!!!
