From what he says it sounds like he was one of the designers of the electrified barrier fence and worked with the South African government on weapon systems, he even has kmz files for google earth. There is so much information on the Helderberg plane crash and even a little on Samora Machel's crash and arms deals. It looks like he is trying to tie everything together and he makes some really good points, makes a lot of sense. It's kind of funny too because some of the sites and information he links to shows that the blacks are trying to leave as well.
