The Denisova Cave
German scientists have confirmed the existence of a previously-unknown hominin (a human-like creature) that was both distinct from humans and Neanderthals, and co-habitated with them 50,000 to 30,000 years ago.
Archeologists discovered the “X-Woman” at the Denisova Cave in Siberia’s Altai Mountains back in 2008. The bone fragment, determined to be the pinky finger of a child, was taken to German scientists Johannes Krause and Svante Pääbo of the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology for routine genetic analysis. Nearly two years later, the duo have published their historic findings in this month’s Nature magazine.
“This new DNA work provides an entirely new way of looking at the still poorly-understood evolution of humans in central and eastern Asia,” Professor Chris Stringer of London’s Natural History Museum told the BBC.
Although stopping short of declaring “the Denisova hominin” a new species, scientists believe the once the DNA sequencing has been completed in a few months, they will be able to do so.
The bone fragment was uncovered in area the is only 65 miles away from both Neanderthal and human sites, leading archeologists to conclude the three species came into contact with each other. Also discovered with the X-Woman were ornaments, including a bracelet, which were found in the same ground layer as the bone fragment.
The scientists believe X-Woman may be only the first of several hominins that migrated over thousands of years. It may also indicate that there was a constant flow of hominin from Africa, instead of flows of migration.

There is ZERO proof that carbondating works, the question is when did time begin, astrologists say there was a sun a few thousands years ago, if this in the case, then you have day and day, if there is constant light one cannot determine age.
Carbon dating sucks, so do these scientists, they continue with “evolution theories” and they are good for books which dumb youth follow, theory is theory. IF they came from africa, then europe would look like africa in terms of civilization.

You’re obviously not a scientist, and you probably haven’t ever taken a single anthropology class in your life. You haven’t listed any proof that carbon dating doesn’t work, and apparently you can’t put aside your own beliefs for a moment to consider that they may not be the only truth of the world. I say watch something besides Fox news sometime. All of this coming from a 14 year old girl, buddy.

Anyone with I hate liberals for a name seems to be so close minded as to not have a valuable opion on the matter.
