Plaasmorde Takes Economic Toll

The South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI) said Tuesday the silent genocide of South African farmers known as Plaasmorde is having a devastating toll on the country’s economy, and raising concerns over food security.

SACCI estimates that one attack on a farm counts for a R1.9 million (US $260,00) loss from the South Afican GDP per annum, which in 2009 stood at R2.4 trillion (US $328 billion).

Assuming the loss of a farm is only temporary, each farm attack costs R161,072 (US $22,000) in GDP per month the unit is out of operation.

“This is a modest, conservative approach to the impact of farm attacks on economic output. It is by no means a comprehensive estimate of economic impact of the attacks on farms or the direct, indirect and opportunity costs of such farm attacks,” SACCI said.

The department states that the estimated 39,982 farms in South Africa contribute 3.22% to the country’s GDP.

“Costs such as these further impede South Africa’s currently modest recovery from the! global economic crisis. They constitute a hidden, but significant negative impact on small- and medium-sized enterprises in particular, and add to the cost of doing business,” it said.

“SACCI believes that it is imperative that the causes of the attacks and murders are immediately addressed, not only on moral and legal grounds, but also in the national economic interest,” it said.

“SACCI will engage the relevant authorities towards developing strategies to curtail the alarming trends in relation to attacks on farms,” it said.

Plaasmorde is the Afrikaans name given to the characteristic home invasions and murders perpetuated by black Africans against Boer-Afrikaaners in South Africa. More than 2,000 Boere-Afrikaaners have been murdered in Plaasmorde attacks since the so-called “turn over” in 1994.

Where’s the Liberal/Marxist media reporting on this?!

Why is the Noble Prize-winning anarchist, Nelson Mandela, silent about this?

Why is the muslim-in-chief silent about this?

They will go hungry like the rest of the continent, pot bellies the size of pregnant women, thinner than rakes, flies going in and out their mouths, with one hand open making the gesture to be fed. The media will be wondering what went wrong.

The problem occurs when civilization is taken out of a country, you would not expect a bird to road like a lion, even though they are both animals, but incase that doesnt make sense due to the vast difference, would you expect a leopard to roar?

Not even a leopard would, yet we think because these people have arms, limbs, can speak in what sounds like animal noises that they will be able to run a country and even make it civil.

Ah the last laugh is on us in south africa. The west will oneday hopefully wake up, though i think you are doomed with this Obama stuge in power.

    Sick west
