The leader of the Guardian Angels‘ Chicago franchise leads a double life, railing against graffiti artists and possibly violating their civil liberties as a so-called “crime fighter”, while promoting the practice through his work in the hip-hop community.
Self-described “underground hip hop officer” Michael Fuentes is an active member of the Chicago hip hop artist community, broadcasting his rather uninspiring mixes over the Internet under the moniker “DJ 3rd Rail.” Fuentes also sells mixtapes titled “subway hip hop” and has a graffiti discussion forum on his website (UPDATE: Fuentes’ website, 
www.DJ3rail.com, has been suspended due to non payment).
However, in his role as leader of the Guardian Angels Chicago franchise, Fuentes has “Zero Tolerance” against nuisance crime, including graffiti artists who dare to practice their “art” in front of him. Here, in this video shot by Guardian Angels members in an effort to promote their group, we see Fuentes and company in action against the “artists” he so heavily promotes:
The video not only raises civil rights abuse questions; it is also a clear violation of Guardian Angels protocol. In separate interviews with The Right Perspective, both Fort Pierce, Florida franchise leader Steve Horton and Regional Tactical Trainer for the Los Angeles franchise, Peter Steeves, insist that the role of Angel patrols is to be an extra set of “eyes and ears” for police. According to both Horton and Steeves, Guardian Angels are trained to report any crimes they see to officers, and not apprehend suspects. However, as we can see in the above video, and this video below where they falsely imprison an American citizen because they believe he is smoking marijuana, the Chicago Guardian Angels clearly overstep their directive:
While an argument can made for the art of graffiti and against spraypainting another person’s property, we see that in Fuentes’ own bio that he himself was once a “tagger”:

“The video circulating on youtube [sic] is unacceptable,” writes hip hop blogger Seel Fresh, who claims to have known Fuentes years ago. “”officer we have graffiti writers’ Cmon KIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID… what part of the game is that? (word to scheme lol)”
“I think you are off your rocker, pimpin. Straight up. I never commented when you got out of pocket and WROTE IN ALL CAPS in other forum posts in the past, trying to pull old school rank because you were doing you, even though I may not have agreed, you were doing you and i respect that,” writes Seel Fresh.
“Nonetheless, your new found pride in being an anti-graf guardian angel is cool or whatever,( i guess) but it invalidates your hip hop props. If you wanna do that—- quit wnur, give up public djing , go into isolation, and kick it at cop bars. You dont even get paid for being a guardian angel. what the fuck is the point?,” writes Seel Fresh.
“Who are you protecting? stupid fucking yuppies/hipsters on the western blue line from “eyesores” cmon kiiiiiiid . you are wrong and you know it. I dont feel safe talking to you if i see you. I am really dissapointed and disenchanted with this shit because you used to be a pretty cool guy,” writes Seel Fresh.

Isn’t it obvious that this chapter is out of control? That attacking individuals who are helpless is the hallmark of the GA? Notice, when an innocent student of colour was beaten with a railroad tie last year the GA never showed up to that school. The good law abiding citizens of Chicago who saw this attrocity were outrage at the manhandling of this innocent child by these storm Troopers in their clown outfits. They resemble Hitler’s S.S. Uniformed, thugish,struting around to inspire fear in those who peacefully go about their business. Throughout the Third World we see the armies of dictators wearing berets as they oppress innocent victims. Just like the GA! Whether in Congo, Rawanda, Lybia, or Venezuela, uniformed thugs strut in their berets! This individual is clearly deranged. He has fantasies of being a “crimefighter”, yet he has no right to “detain” someone, and needs his own militia to do so! Why didn’t he, like his cult leader become a cop? Ans: being a cop has real risks to one’s safety, so it’s easier to “play cop” than be one! Please good people of Chicago you don’t need these junior Al Capones on your streets! Save Chicago’s reputation and just say Operation No Angels now!

We’ve done more to expose this violent cult than anyone,and are proud of it! I saw media shyster and degenerate liar Sliwa on tv tonight, doing his act.
