Barack Obama’s first year in office has been such a let-down that even one of his most ardent supporters during the campaign, Obama Girl, says she is disappointed in him.
“I think he’s doing an OK job,” Amber Lee Ettinger told The New York Post. “In my opinion, I feel like he should be focusing a lot more on jobs and the economy.”
The 28-year old, whose “Crush On Obama” video has garnered more than 16.5 million views on YouTube, says that even though she can’t afford health care, the issue is “definitely a distraction because of the economy being as bad as it is.”
“He did create some jobs, but most of them were government jobs and that doesn’t really help the middle class. But it helps a bit,” said Ettinger.
Obama Girl gives the president’s first year in office a B-.
