I want to thank the good people of The Right Perspective for honoring the Day of the Vow every year. You are true friends of the Boervolk and true patriots by any definition. It is an honor for me to know you and a privilege to have met some of you when you invited us to your studios.
I have obtained special permission from Peter Thomas of Peterjasie to place the photo of the cenotaph in the Voortrekker Monument.
The Right Perspective is without doubt the leader in its field. In actual fact, it is so unique and far ahead of those attempting to follow its act or shamelessly stealing its material, that it is indeed in a league of its own. It can always be trusted for the objective view, the uncompromising approach and the truth.
I also want to dedicate the following song of Bok van Blerk, entitled “Die Kaplyn” (The Cutline), to The Right Perspective and its supporters. It is a song about the young soldiers who fought in The South African Border War (1966-1989) – also referred to as The Forgotten War.
