Tea Party Protest Against KSM Trial

Tea_Party_Foley_Square_2009Despite heavy rain, cold and high winds, hundreds attended a Tea Party rally in New York City to protest Attorney General Eric Holder’s decision to try 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Muhammad in a downtown Manhattan civilian trial.

Press estimates of the rally attendance varied, with The New York Post and ABC-TV estimating the crowd as several hundred strong, and NY1.com quoting an official NYPD estimate of 1500 protesters.

Attendants included families of those who died at the World Trade Center, and some of the disaster’s original first responders.

Speakers included conservative actor Brian Dennehy, talk radio host Steve Malzberg, and Staten Island Tea Party leader Frank Santaparia. Degenerate Dirtbag Curtis Sliwa managed to somehow make his way onto the stage, asking the crowd, “How are we going to find a jury that can be safe and secure, with Khalid the Schmuck Mohammed?”

Tea_Party_Foley_Square_2009.12.06.02Representative Jerrold Nadler (D-NY-8) told NY1 that a civilian trial would not endanger New Yorkers, but his remarks appeared to champion the defendants themselves:

No one escapes from a maximum lockup federal penitentiary, no one ever has. And we know how to conduct trials of terrorists. We’ve had trials of terrorists here in New York and they were successful. Terrorists were convicted and sentenced to long terms in prison.

However, notes Terry Hulbert at Examiner.com:

Others have pointed out in the past that the men responsible for the 1993 attempted destruction of the World Trade Center were brought to trial in New York, and eight years later, the entire complex was destroyed. Whether anyone asked Congressman Nadler to address the potential of the trial to encourage immediate or future terrorist attacks by those who are not presently incarcerated, or why the Congressman declined to address that concern, is not clear.

Eric Holder’s decision to hold civilian trials in New York City for KSM and his cohorts is “obviously politically motivated,” Frank Santaparia told The Right Perspective. “He put politics before the feelings of the people of the City of New York, particularly the families of the victims. It is an effort to embarrass the Bush administration and sets a dangerous precedent,” he said.

To fat Jerry Nadler and my childhood friend Eric Holder (for real): You both forget the trial of El Sayyid Nosair, the raghead who assassinated Rabbi Kahane in 1990. A spearchucker jury exonerated him of the murder of Kahane and only convicted him of shooting a postal inspector in the street. All you have to do is get a jigaboo jury, and they all hate the U.S. and love the ragheads, and this camel jockey walks. Did you forget O.J.?? Oh yeah!! Fuhrman and Vannatter took his blood and spun around like whirling dirvishes spraying it all around. They framed brother OJ like they framed brother KSM!! He's as good as home; where is Ramsey Clark? Where is Ron Kuby? Resting for their final treasonous act. Thank God Kunstler is room temperature and that ugly miscegenating Judenrat Lynne Stewart is out of action permanently.

Having the trial in NYC is a perfect end for the attack. It started in here; it ends here. No matter where the trial is held, NYC would be the prime target for another attack so having it here doesn't raise the danger.

"spearchucker"? Are you for real? I think you're a liberal plant.

  4. Philoctetes says

It’s NYC. They will get an all spearchucker jury and he will WALK.

Why was Degenerate Liar and Media shyster Sliwa at the rally? If we’d have known this when we interviewed Santarpia, we’d have educated him on this scumbag. He turns up everywhere like horseshit to get his ugly mug on camera. He doesn’t give a fuck about what happened, only his chance to be seen. This was disgrace!

  6. RightIsRight says

I can’t stand the fact that they’re going to give a court trial to this subhuman vermin with the filthy towel wrapped around his head in New York CIty. Like every other mohammedan that’s been captured, he’s guilty. Period.

Khalid Sheik Muhammad should be skinned alive, drawn and quartered or waterboarded as many consecutive times it takes to produce his death as slowly and painfully as possible. Then they should find this swine’s family and do the same thing to each and every one of them. then find a few thousand of his closest friends and do the same thing to each and every one of them too.
