Just days after the terrorist shooting at Fort Hood, Texas by a devout Muslim in the military, Janet Napolitanto appointed two other devout Muslims to positions within the Department of Homeland Security.
Devout Muslim Arif Alikhan was appointed to Assistant Secretary for Policy Development at DHS. Before his appointment, Alikhan was Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles – in charge of public safety for the city – a position he held since 2006.
In 2007, Alikhan was instrumental in removing the Muslim terror tracking plan in Los Angeles.
Kareem Shora
Also appointed was devout Muslim Kareem Shora, who was born in Damascus, Syria. Shora is now a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC).
His appointment was loudly applauded by the Arab-American Anti-Discrimination Comittee (ADC).
Shora joined ADC in 2000 as legal council and is a vocal advocate for Muslim civil rights.
The ADC reportedly has close ties to anti-Israel professor Rashid Khalidi.

Legal American Citizens need to force ballot initiatives to limit the power of appointments to the permission of the legal American Citizens in national legal vote . All appointments must require the vote of a 66% majority before any appointment is allowed .
The same for Executive orders , Bills from Congress , any and all orders from the White House .

Below is an example of how immigration should be regulated and controlled by the self rule of the American people with complete autonomy .

Each Item of immigration being voted for or against must provide the total number of immigrants , the numbers of each age group , the numbers of each religion , the numbers and ages or each sex , the numbers of each vocation , profession and primary job for personal income , the known health problems , the known disabilities , the known criminal convictions , the known prison records , the known missing teeth , the known political activities , the known political affiliations , the known Government offices held , the known government elected offices held , the known income history , and the published or otherwise known political positions and loyalties . All of these must be known before the ballot is provided .
All approved immigration persons must be screened by the U.S. Federal government department of Home Land Security for the ability to speak and read the American language fluently and spontaneously . Each individual must pass a criminal background investigation .
Without all of these individual variables being well proven and established as truth the individual must not be included in the immigration group being voted for or against .
In any case of any individual being or having been allowed to immigrate to the United States and it becomes suspicious of non factual , or fraudulent representation of any individual required information that person will be immediately detained and returned to his country of origin without trial , without court hearing and without any process of law . It will remain the sovereign right of the American people of legal citizenship to arrest and to deport any immigrant at any point in time for any suspicion , any reason , and for no reason except the sovereign right of the American people to construct a solid national assimilation and unity of all immigrants to become loyal U.S. citizens .
The State Department and the Department of Commerce shall have no influence and no authority in selecting or approving any immigrant or any group of immigrants to be placed on the ballots or removed from the ballot . Because these have plainly proven to be abusive reckless and hostile to the American people .
The main objective of this ballot initiative is to reduce immigration to near zero .
America needs many ballot initiatives . This one is just one more example .

Any court ruling , any Congressional or presidential law , order , bill , provision or hickup , shall have no authority , shall not apply or effect immigration , invasion , borders , Sovereignty , or foreign treaties without the permission of the legal citizens of the United States in State and National legal votes of the people , and then only with the final vote of 67% or greater approval of each ballot issue .
Beginning immediately on the day of the vote count of this and any future vote having any effect on Immigration invasion , border defense , deportation levels , deportation ethnic targets , deportation ethnicity objectives and policies , deportation confinement , public school use by foreign students . Public school use by illegal foreign invasion students , Highway use by illegal invasion immigrants , welfare and healthcare use by illegal invasion immigrants , U.S. military troop deployments to U.S. borders .
The will of the American people as reflected in voting results shall become the law and shall be placed in effect , and acted upon without delay , without further decision , and without further consideration . Beginning immediately with the vote count of this initiative upon passing by a 51% majority the Federal government will use all available military troops , police and border patrol agencies to begin the deportations of illegal invasion immigrants at a sustained level to at least double the number of border invasion plus invasion through all ports of entry .

Americans must demand in national elections what gets on the ballots and what does not get on the ballot , We can set the rules for this .

His lie during this presentation which Joe Wilson pointed out was his statements that health care would not cover illegal immigrants ( foreign nationals ) who come to or have come to American soil through our government’s open border invasion of foreign citizens into America plan .
His lie is further supported by his known plan to also force another foreign invasion amnesty bill through our congress , and an automatic citizenship for illegal invasion foreign nationals , who come to take and to destroy America with the same breeding and crime culture they have and will run from in their own countries .
This is unfair theft of our welfare , education , and medical care taxation burdens and many medical and other insurance burdens .
This is additionally an unfair dismissal of our constitutional self rule principles and processes , along with an unacceptable dismissal of our American values and principles of defense of our American beliefs , principles , laws , and our rights of defense of our cultural beliefs , our law and order standards , our justice standards , our sovereignty , our constitutional rights of private property ownership including the right to keep our hard earned wealth and our peoples shared institutions , jails , prisons , court facilities , highways , jobs , markets , homes , and the taxes we are now forced to pay just to build everything over and over again just to support a second nation which our government is moving into our nation and allowing it possession by open border and illegal invasion without the permission of or the approval of or the authority of the American people .
This is all treason , this is all criminal , and this is all against the time proven rights of a people to self rule , and to defend the sovereignty of a people and of a nation .

This will require Ballot Initiatives in every state which will set new Constitutional Law when Approved by a majority of 51 % of the proven to be legal U.S. Citizens , in every state of the United States .
This ballot initiative will set as the Constitutional Law a new article which will require every president of any future election to be elected for a term of 3 months only .
This ballot will require a second and a third candidate to be elected as the replacements for the elected president at the same time and on the same ballot of the presidential election ballot .
This ballot will require that a new election ballot and a new election will be held in every state at a time one month before the term of the incumbent president expires .
This incumbent president will be placed on the ballot along with the two replacement candidates and with two additional candidates for the replacement of the new incumbent . The number of replacement candidates can exceed three or more , and there will be no time limit for replacement status . Just the requirement of being elected to the status and with the top five in number of votes .
The advantages of this election term and process is the exhausting of wealthy campaign fund contributors .
The elections will bankrupt or deplete the funds of wealthy contributors who now control elections by enormous fund contributions to those who want open borders and amnesty for foreign invasion of the United States .
Our elections could be less corrupted by the very wealthy and by foreign interest funding of candidates . The people could have control of our elections after a period of rejections of corrupt presidents who wage invasion war against the American people or who begin pushing new amnesty bills through our congress .
Those presidents who fail to defend our borders and points of entry , and those presidents who refuse to enforce our deportation laws for foreign nationals within our borders , dual citizenship , illegal invasion or illegal residency or any form of unlawful presence within the U.S. borders , will be voted out of office by the American people who detest traitors within our government and within the presidential office .
This means the wealthy and the foreign interest funds will need to fund a new election campaign every three months in order to stay in power and to be able to keep the open border invasion going .
This three month term for any elected president could additionally be applied to senate and house representatives , state governors , city mayors , city council members , and eventually expanded to limit the terms of school teachers and college professors , and Law enforcement officials .

Every Presidential and every congressional election should include the election of three candidates , so that the candidate recieving the highest number of votes will be the elected official , and the other two are the ready backup officials with the one with the highest number of votes will take office in the event of the last elected official being removed by the people in the next election . these elections would be held every three months , instead of every four years .

We need to start over with the reelection of every federal official every three months until we get it right . This is the right of the people to dissent , but it would be real , not simply the flowery words .
