US District Judge David O. Carter threw out a lawsuit questioning Barack Obama’s eligibility to hold the office based on his “natural born” citizenship status Thursday, saying the courtroom is not the proper arena to “challenge a president’s election.”
Judge Carter caused a sensation last month when he ordered early discovery in the case, leading prosecuting attorney Orly Taitz to conclude the public would finally get to see Obama’s real birth certificate.
“The writ of quo warranto must be brought within the District of Columbia because President Obama holds office within that district,” Judge Carter added.

Well done, Orly Taitz case moves forward solely for Plaintiff Keyes for redressable relief of monetary damages, thereby avoiding political question (leave that to Congress once Keyes recovers even nominal damages for pre-Presidential fraud against Candidate Obama) and Team Obama has nothing to appeal to delay the trial.
Isn’t it a bit premature to say the Judge hasn’t entered the final order yet? He has thirty days to do so. Grasp at any straw, eh?
If you had actually read the judgment, most specifically page 25 you would see the words, “plaintiff’s writ of quo demand is hereby DISMISSED for improper venue.” Taitz failed on ever front for her case. When confronted with the facts your misinformation is nothing but that misinformation.
This is a HUGE defeat for … Øbama and his lawyers.
You really ougth to try and READ the Judge’s ruling, and understand the precise implications before declaring a pseudo-victory.

Bottom line, Judge Carter is letting Congress deal with the political stink of Obama — rather than the Constitutional nightmare of endeavoring to have a Court deal with it.
I now beleive Judge Carter masterfully did this in a way that there’s nothing the Govt. Obama Team can appeal or delay by appeal, since, after all, they did get a Dismissal Granted; it’s just that it’s NOT a dismissal of the claim which is still redressable, that being Keyes for fraud in tort.

I am convinced that Obama cannot provide a long-form birth certificate that would satisfactorily proove his natural-born US citizenship – or he would have simply done the right thing and released the document long ago. You would think that Obama’s supporters would be dying (and pleading) for him to produce the document – if for no other reason to make anyone who might doubt his citizenship look like an idiot. It would be a monumental victory for Obama and his supporters – and a crushing defeat for the “birthers.” His supporters defense of his secrecy tells me that they too know that he cannot satisfactorily proove his US citizenship.

ANY COURT IN THE COUNTRY would accept the document which has been posted online, AS WELL AS VALIDATED by the state of Hawaii. Does it matter? SINCE THE FEDERAL GOVT has..and always has had FULL LEGAL AUTHORITY to validate it, any rational person can understand that persons WITH AUTHORITY have already made any investigation necessary. If you bother to read the actual law (not that posted on some website).. the law in Hawaii clearly states that birth records are available to TWO entities- the person who is named on the record… AND LEGAL AUTHORITIES WITH VALID CAUSE. Meaning.. Homeland Security, Secret Service, FBI, State Dept, etc. ANY of those have authority to verify it.. and any of them would have charged Obama with fraud, a long time ago, if there was any discrepancy.
It is not relevant as to what is proof to YOU, since you are not a legal authority. His eligibility has BEEN proven to those with authority to investigate. The RIGHT THING… there has never been any requirement or need to provide proof to individual private citizens, for the SIMPLE and obvious reason, that that is the job of authorities.
Those who doubt it … have demonstrated an appalling lack of critical thinking skills. And already look like idiots.

Bottom line, Judge Carter granted dismissal of the cases not redressable there, but not final judgment because Alan Keyes still has a redressable claim for tort fraud damages against Candidate pre-President Obama (consistent with the trial still being on the docket).

Because the COLB numbering system and the 1961 numbering system are not related.
