Lewis Kasman
Testimony during the fourth federal trial against reputed mob boss John Gotti Jr., has revealed that the FBI paid an informant a whopping US $12,000 a month for expenses.
The money was paid to former Gambino spokesman Lewis Kasman from 2005 to 2007 and totals US $144,000, FBI Agent Robert Herbster testified in court Wednesday.
Kasman is the adopted son of the late John “Dapper Don” Gotti and gave the eulogy at the Dapper Don’s funeral in 2002. Kasman was recruited by the FBI 13 years ago and reportedly turned to full cooperating witness in 2005 when some Gotti family members leaned on him for money. Last year Kasman was a ‘star witness’ in a trial in Florida, testifying against Gambino gangster Vincent Artuso.
John Gotti, Jr. is charged with racketeering and three murders. It is the fourth trial against Gotti, Jr., the last being in 2005-2006 when he was charged with kidnapping Degenerate Dirtbag Curits Sliwa in the 1990′s.

@DJ-That is what I also heard from a reliable source who would know. There are many gangs -( I look at them as a mini mafioso)-as I was saying there are many gangs today that the only way out is death. It’s an awful thing that these exist. I once heard that many of those who join are extremely angry because of a situation they were in the position of having no control over what happened to them–or their homelife lacked essentials that the when the gang found out the where-to’s and what for’s-they used to “induct” these kids.
That Mexican one, M somethimng or other? is a particularly violent one I understand. They indoctrinate in prisons as well. I think it is a shame -I truly do-that the answer to what hurts and disillusions is sought in any other way than The Way. Who in Himself is the The Answer to all that need to fill that Gid shaped hole inside our hearts that no other person, place or thing can fill. Only God through Jesus Christ.

Gotti’s family was very envious of Kasman’s relationship with Gotti, Sr. I am told Kasman was loyal to Gotti and when he died all the vultures came after Kasman – including his brother and other Gotti’s. I mean Kasman picked up Gotti’s body and flew him home and also gave the eulogy at the funeral. This was all done at the “GODFATHER’S request – I am sure…. C’mon. Kasman did not do this on his own accord for sure…. And Kasman Paid for the funeral – That’s shameful of the gotti”s

Once again, we see Curtis Sliwa as a media shyster and degenerate liar who’s been milking the Gotti Jr. trails for his pathetic and redundant radio show. He is the only one obsessed with this because he can then dipict himself as a “crimefighter”. He acussed Kasman of being one of the “shooters ” in his now nonsensical “kidnapping”. He couldn’t even identify the shooters from six inches away, and continually changed the number of wounds “recieved” by the “shooter”! John Gotti Jr. will be vindicated and the case should be thrown out! The government is out to “get him” and will enlist anyone they can. Sliwa, the degnerate liar says that the Mob was out to “get him”. If so, why did the transcript say that they didn’t want to “kill” him? Another example of a media shyster and degenerate liar!
I know Louis and he is a Half-a-Fag. When I saw him stand up at Sr’s wake and do the eulogy I got sick to my stomach. He is a little fat weakling garbage pail and he knows it. He was with Sr. because he made a lot of money and Louis used that to try to be a though guy. But he is a punk and always be a punk. You see, people forget that Louis, Mikey Scars and Frankie Fappiano were arrested and where going away for a long time and would say and do anything not to get any jail time. This country is amazing that back in the days you would need evidence to convict somebody. Now all you need is a convicted criminal and a lot of Hearsay to put a man in jail that is trying to do the right thing. Shame on us to allow the real thugs the real criminals the FBI to get away with this. If you are going to say a prayer say it for John, his wife and his kids who miss him very much. Just let the man go home. He has more then enough paid his debt.
Ozone Park — Your comments sound like your from "OP" — having been at the funeral, I can tell you that it was a very classy funeral along with a very moving eulogy by Kasman. I Have always found Kasman to act in a good manner and never threw his weight around and boy he surly could have back then. BTW, I am from Howard Beach…… And is was Kasman that PAID for Gotti's funeral – Not his loving adoring "Family"… LMAO — Everyone talks about the $$$$ – What about the MILLIONS stolen by John, Jr., Pete Gotti & Richie Gotti – From John., Sr. Blood stole ALL the $$$$$$$!!

Hey Lana – get your facts straight…. “KAPPY” is correct – check with the Funeral home – Kasman did indeed PAY for the Funeral. I am told he PAID by check as well. The Gotti Family was always jealous of Kasman’s close relationship with Gotti, Sr. Kasman spent more time with Gotti than his own family. That “fag” stuff is funny – Did he have an affair with Gotti, Sr., or was it Jr? Get off that foolish name calling – ALL know thats all salacious and NOT true! Kappy, According to what I heard from someone who was an inmate of his, Kasman is called a fag, because when he was sent away back in the 1990's for perjury, he had an intimate relationship with a fellow prisoner. Could it be a lie, I don't know. All I can say is that when different people post about it, something might be true. And as far as paying by check, the funds in his checking account was dirt mob money he was holding for the Gotti's, so technically, the Gotti's DID pay for John's funeral.
