I'm surprised they had the balls to even try something so blatant. As soon as I started watching "V", I began to think "this reminds me very much of America's present situation with the Obama administration". I was going to say something to my wife about it, but decided not to, as she would think I was nuts, looking for another conspiracy theory. But when I listened to the Glenn Beck radio show, there were dozens of callers saying pretty much the same thing about how "V" seemed like a barely disguised replay of Bammies election and policies. I especially noticed how they showed how the younger people were more easily persuaded to side with the aliens. The "Universal Healthcare" line really blew me away! I think they did, by eliminating some of the Big Mistakes the original made. (Too much emphasis on uniforms, for example.) For another, how did they get this past the censors? Or has the entertainment division finally broken free of the news division? Wow. Just wow. (As Paul of Tarsus said to the Galatians.)
