Kim Jong Ill meets Chinese premier Wen Jiabao Monday
North Korea has nearly completed re-establishing its nuclear capabilities and already can unleash biological and chemical weapons on the world, reports The Times.
Among the bio-weapons North Korea has in its arsenal are yellow fever, cholera, small pox, typhus, dysenter and typhoid fever, the report says.
The rogue Communist nation also has 5,000 tons of chemical weapons, including mustard gas, sarin and phosgene.
Officials in South Korea, the country most likely to be attacked in a possible war, said they are able to counter any type of attack from their neighbor.
The news comes as North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il visited Chinese premier Wen Jiabao Monday, a move analysts are calling the “final nail in the coffin” of six-nation peace talks.
North Korea has taken its uranium enrichment facilities out of storage and is nearly completed their refurbishment.

Lookit..I'm not looking for the biography of a madman Kim Lee. Are you chatting from North Korea..or mayhaps you here in the USA while chanting so cavalierly "go away" . Seems I remember very clearly times when your people have been helped by my country in times of "natural" disasters. Where is the appreciation for what my country, majorly the Christian Organizations formed from Churches have done over and over again as it reached out helping hands of love and care to the nations who were less fortunate and suffered under earthquakes, Tsunamis and the like? Despite the worldwide apologizing of our own albatross in Washington… the USA has more often than not been the aid to other peoples and nations. Sometimes to our own detriment i.e. open borders. We invite persecuted people to come to America and live freely..yet these days when they get here and have a chance to do so? Persecute my country instead. Frankly I don't see any America much longer anyway. Because of out collective denial of God, perverted sins and abhorrent lifestyles, the innocent blood which has become an ocean crying out to Almighty God for recompense against their murderers AND the abandoning the chosen people of God in Israel. Kim Il Sung and his equally deranged son, Kim Sung Il, have done a great job of enslaving their people, relegating generations to poverty, starvation, illiteracy, and disease, torturing and murdering dissenters, and stripping them of all human rights. Other than that, they've doen a great job transforming that country from Third-World status at the end of WWII, to the Stone Age.
If you look at any satellite photo of Southeast Asia at night, the whole country is engulfed in darkness, while South Korea, Japan, and all the surrounding countries are brilliantly lit.
BTW, Hussein Obama was obviously unable to sit down with North Korea and talk them out of building long range missiles, stopping their nuclear weapons buildup, and to dismantle their chemical and biological weapons. Come to think of it, Hussein Obama hasn't convinced any of our other enemies to do that, either. I guess Hussein Obama has his head stuck so far up his ass that he can't do anything right except to further destroy this country.
