Well at least he tried to do something that would have benefited the American people. Not that big Obama fan but I support him on this. Now if I go to the Olympics (doubtful now) I’ll have to go and spend my money in another country (though I love Rio Girls).

The plastic messiah Obama took a big plunge and not even Michelle, or Oprah, America’s goddess of mumbo jumbo was able to work their old magic to give Barry his desire, and after spending approximately $2.5 million of the tax payers money to have Barry Hussein go to Copenhagen and back—the Chicago Olympic bid was toast in the first round.
Now it looks like no monetary favors will be distributed among the Chicago communist thugs and political cronies for Obama’s circus.

The reason there’s been a backlash against Borat Obama begging for the olympics and embarassing this country is this:
1. No other president has put the prestige of the presidency of the United States on the line by personally flying to Europe to lobby for it and then get utterly humiliated in the process. He has made this country look even weaker since he’s been at the helm. Our enemies are emboldened and he’s thrown our allies under the bus…just like the way he did to his white grandmother.
2. People are just fed up with this guy’s arrogance and gigantic ego.This empty suit thinks he could just prance around the world stage and everyone will bow to him (just as he bowed before the king of Saudi Arabia) and he’ll get his way. The people have had it with his primping and flitting all over the place with the Left-Wing Marxist media fawning all over him and propping him up. The saturation point has been met and the people have had it….just look at the pols.
3. The foreign occupier has not accomplished one thing while in office, but that’s not a bad thing, at least he’s consistent, because he’s never accomplished anything in his entire life! The less damage that this Marxist scumbag inflicts upon this country will be a good for America, because he’s on the path to cripple us economically, militarily, and socially.
This guy can’t even control his own party. He can’t get his health care scam enacted, his Cap and Tax initiative has gone nowhere, the economy is still in a tailspin despite his pork-barrel Stimulus Bill passing, the unemployment rate is now 9.8% and climbing, he’s afraid to make a decision on Afghanistan, Iran is well on its way to building nukes, as North Korea launches missiles and improves their nuclear stockpile.
The people have had it with this Marxist clown. The proof is in the poll numbers and the electorate is going through “buyers’ remorse”. His idea of hopenchange is to socialize America and the people will have nothing of it…and rightfully so!

Ron, I can’t believe people actually complement you on your analysis. Despite the use of well known and overused talking points, you have really said nothing of substance.
Lets review your topics.
1. No other president has travelled to an olympics committee and made a speech in support of hosting the olympics in one’s home country. Now this would seem rather trivial especially in the face of attendance (and speeches might I add) by other heads of state including President da Silva from Brazil and Premier Hatoyama of Japan. Next, to claim by showing up in copenhagen he has “emboldened our enemies and thrown our allies under the bus” – I’d love to hear this connection. It was an olympic meeting retard, no enemies emboldened or allies betrayed.
2. This paragraph manly contains unoriginal and subjective mush (for lack of a better word). I get that people think he has a huge ego, and he probably does. NEWSFLASH: ALL PEOPLE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT/ARE PRESIDENT HAVE HUGE EGOS! Your point on the lack of a functioning independent media is well made, I would have to agree once again; although this problem is nothing new, and certainly isn’t a product of the current administration. The issue runs a little deeper here. And yes, his poll numbers are down, but nothing that isnt normal. Check some other poll figures 10 months into a presidency and see what the data show – also note he had the extra bonus of starting in the deepest economic hole since the great depression… h/t “W”
3. The foreign occupier hasnt done anything. Well I guess thats also a bit subjective. If you ignore the healthcare debate, ignore progress made with middle eastern allies in getting better cooperation with intelligence (resulting in many deaths of most wanted terrorists, 14 of the top 20 since hes been there), ignore the global outreach efforts to non-fanatical islam (the lions share) to combat terrorist recruitment, ignore countless measures taken by the treasury and fed to ease economic stress (given i dont necessarily agree with it all, you cant say that countless stimulus packages have had NO effect) then I guess he hasnt really done anything. No, wait… then theres climate control and renewable energy of which hes set record measures of funding available and positioned the EPA in a way that will make some type of Cap and Trade, or Cap and Tax (as you have it, its probably more accurate this way anyways) possible. And just because it costs money doesn’t mean its this draconian idea made to cripple the US. If you really think the globe can plow ahead at their current industrial build out rate, you are in for a very rude awakening – the point has been argued before, lets not repeat it.
Finally, I get sick of reading these posts from people with little to no individual insight on any issue. Regurgitating limbaugh and beck doesnt make you sound smart; if you lack their analytical process then you turn out to look like an over-opinionated moron that has no clue what he believes, and even more important, why – rather than just an over-opinionated moron.
Hes not a Maxist, he was born in the US and hes not a socialist – hes the president of the united states. Have you no faith in your own country (an attribute in a patriot, no doubt) that enough diligence wasnt done to determine the ultimate birthplace of a president?
