Michael Yannotti
Reputed Gambino associate Michael Yannotti, currently serving a 20-year sentence for racketeering conspiracy, has filed a grievance with the FBI “to give back his cash and bling,” reported The NY Post on May 28, 2009.
“Michael Yannotti [....] filed papers yesterday seeking the return of a Rolex watch, gold chain and $1,010 seized when he was busted by the FBI. Defense lawyer Diarmuid White argued that while Yanotti was convicted of conspiracy, he beat the rap for loan-sharking, which the feds claimed provided his loot,” reported The Post.
Although Yannotti also was acquitted for the 1992 attempted murder of Guardian Angels founder and Degenerate Dirtbag Curtis Sliwa, the judge nevertheless said evidence identified him as the gunman which she factored into the gangster’s sentence.

No one shot Sliwa except his stooge to get publicity. There are no facts to back it up. The juries always ended in hung juries. It was a set up by the government to convict Jr. Gotti. The facts will come out. Jeffery Lichman said in court that Sliwa couldn’t identify the shooter, even though he was six inches away. I think Sliwa stole the jewelry. He’s liar, con artist and degenerate liar and media shyster. So who else could it be but Sliwa!
Sorry Frank: As much as I love you, I can’t believe that even a complete degenerate like Coitus could be that perverted as to shoot himself for publicity. The hung juries were because the fact that he is a documented degenerate liar for so many decades cut into his credibility and you only need one juror to hang a jury and after three hung juries, usually the prosecution calls it quits.
