Judge David Carter, Central District of California, has ordered early discovery in a lawsuit questioning Barack Obama‘s eligibility to hold the office based on his “natural born” citizenship status.
The issue of early discovery means Obama’s lawyers must produce documents, including his hospital records, birth certificate, name of doctor, and all of the signatures, proving his natural born status within 30 days.
Here is a copy of the court records ordering discovery.
The exact line for the order for discovery can be found at the top of page 2 in the document. The answer is between #1 through #4 and reads:
Unless there is a likelihood that upon motion by a Party the Court would order that any or all discovery is premature, the Court encourages the parties to begin discovery before the Scheduling Conference.
The order for discovery gets the evidence and prepares it as exhibits for the court date.
Current Hawaiian governor Linda Lingle, a Republican, sealed access to Obama’s birth certificate last October, effectively barring anyone but Obama himself from obtaining a copy.

Judge Carter issued a scheduling order with boilerplate language encouraging discovery to begin unless reasons are shown not to, and the defense has filed a motion to delay it. Nothing will happen until the judge resolves the question. In the mean time, there is a motion to dismiss that will be heard on October 5.

i have applied for jobs in the usa as a pilot and the company wants: passport, ssn, long form birth cert issued (certified) with last 12 months., i-9 form, resume', drug test, extensive security clearance and background check including of course fingerprints , TWIC card, drivers license with abstract, physical etc etc all for a first officer job at a regional airline which pays a measly 18k a year. The Certification of Live Birth, like the one Obama has shown, is an official state document, good enough to get a drivers license or a passport or even a job as an airline pilot, assuming that you're telling the truth about having the other qualifications!
Obama could put an end to all of this birth certificate fiasco by simply producing a valid birth certificate of his own birth and not trying fo fool everyone by producing a phony doctored up one. I'll take that bet. The judiciary is more corrupt than the politicians. They make judges "offers they can't refuse" in orientation. Lincoln's Civil War was unconstitutional. Denying secession rights to South Carolina was unconstitutional. Granting citizenship to illegally freed slaves en mass was unconstitutional (repatriation would have made freed slaves whole). I would have thought birth certific, etc. would have been manditory before running for any government office. I head he had no birth certificate to show he was an American citizen before he was elected. Our government must have wanted him in office or he would not be there now. I lived through the great depression, recession, and WW11 and the first thing Hitler did was remove parental authority and dared the parents to correct their children.
