Judge David Carter, Central District of California, has ordered early discovery in a lawsuit questioning Barack Obama’s eligibility to hold the office based on his “natural born” citizenship status.
The issue of early discovery means Obama’s lawyers must produce documents, including his hospital records, birth certificate, name of doctor, and all of the signatures, proving his natural born status within 30 days.
Here is a copy of the court records ordering discovery.
The exact line for the order for discovery can be found at the top of page 2 in the document. The answer is between #1 through #4 and reads:
Unless there is a likelihood that upon motion by a Party the Court would order that any or all discovery is premature, the Court encourages the parties to begin discovery before the Scheduling Conference.
The order for discovery gets the evidence and prepares it as exhibits for the court date.
Current Hawaiian governor Linda Lingle, a Republican, sealed access to Obama’s birth certificate last October, effectively barring anyone but Obama himself from obtaining a copy.

It’s called transparancy, which Obama has promised in his administration and we have yet to see. What’s the big deal, if it truely exists, then show it already and put this case to rest. If he plans on running for President in 2012 he will have to show the long form in several states as they changed their rules on campaigns and those who run for office. This administration has torn this country farther apart than any other President. What President was this questionable in the first 8 months of office. This is all so silly! Hawaii put all their birth records on electronic media when the technology first became available in the ’80’s, and they destroyed the paper originals. So what if Mr. Obama doesn’t own a physical copy of his long-form birth certificate? I don’t have one either, as the county courthouse burned down when I was a child and I can only get a short form from the state. The GOP governor of Hawaii says she has seen the electronic record of his birth certificate, there was a copy of the birth announcement placed in the local newspaper in 1961 and the point is moot. So many fake copies of his being born in Africa have been produced, so who would believe the truth anyway? John McCain was born in Panama, and he also ran for president. Mr. Obama’s mother was an American citizen and he was raised by his white grandparents in Hawaii, so what is the problem?

Judge Carter issued a scheduling order with boilerplate language encouraging discovery to begin unless reasons are shown not to, and the defense has filed a motion to delay it. Nothing will happen until the judge resolves the question. If his mother had her head on straight, she could have contacted the American embassy and had his birth registered as occurring in the American embassy in Nairobi, sovereign U.S. territory. Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution (Natural Born citizen clause) requires that both parents of the President be U.S. citizens. Contrary to what most people think , the birth certificate itself is not that important , getting it entered into the legal system is. It would vertify that obama has a foreign father (Kenyan) and thus disqualify him from holding the office of President. It would then be up to Congress to void his election. Once the election is voided then it will be as though he never ran for office, never made a appointment,never signed a bill,never got any electorial votes. It would be as though he never was President. Of course this depends upon Congress following the U.S. Constitution.

Perhaps he was born in Hawaii! BUT what if his birth certificate lists his father”s race as Arab? This not far fetched. Some investigators claim his racial make up is less than 8% negro, 50% white and about 42 % Arab.
His whole career is predicated on him being a black African American. If in fact he is an Arab African American, the whole of his carefully crafted black persona is destroyed along with his support by the black community.
If I remember my history correctly, the Arabs were some of the most prolific slave traders in Eastern Africa and what is now known as Kenya.
In “The Audacity of Hope” Obama claims his mother was getting food stamps and ADC in Seatle in 1962. All ADC payments require the social security number and birth cetificate of the dependant child (Obama), why doesn’t Phil Berg walk back the cat from this angle?
