An estimated two million conservatives, fed up with runaway government spending marched on Washington, DC today and delivered a resounding “no” to a proposed nationalization of the American health care system.
The rally is the culmination of the 9/12 Project, an effort put together by conservative-libertarian talk show host Glenn Beck.
“No matter which way you cut it, the size and scope of today’s citizen march on Washington is an historic, groundbreaking event,” wrote The Columbia Conservative Examiner of the event. “Ordinary citizens who have been called ‘the great silent majority’ normally do not protest…at least not in public. That day is long gone.”
While Labor Day Tea Party rallies last Monday indicated a large turnout for this weekend’s finale, the actual turnout has surprised most pundits in the so-called “mainstream media.”

When I was yet a teenager, in the mid 70′s, when someone would call someone else names and ridicule them, etc. we had a pat answer and that was “A fox smells its own hole first”.

What everyone is missing is that middle class America is getting very pissed off. I am not talking Republican or Democrat. I am talking about the people that put in 40hours or more a week for years and have nothing or get screwed out of the American dream by politics and corporations. History does repeat itself and this country is no exception. If we as a nation continue to polarize into two halfs there will be collapse and everyone will loose. We have to go back to our Constitutional goverment and attitude of self reliance.
When the black nationalists and the head of the Black Muslim Party of America (Calypso Louie Farrakhan) held a rally some years back and 50,000 blacks showed up, the dutiful Liberal/Marxist media covered it nonstop and fed us the propaganda that it was A Million Man March and that they were rightfully airing their grievances aginst an oppressive America.
Now, when 2 million American Patriots protest against the Marxist takeover of America, the same media barley covers it except when they do so derisively.

I was at the March on Washington yesterday. It was a peaceful protest to show the government that, We, the People, run the country; not congress. On April 15, we peacefully assembled in local communities, but we were ignored both by B. Hussein Obama and Congress. We peacefully assembled at the townhall meetings in August; and we were still ignored or downplayed. This time we decided to not be ignored. We peacefully assembled in Freedom Plaza, then peacefully marched down Pennsylvania Avenue to the Capitol Building. We peacefully gathered at the Capitol Building and made sure that everyone heard us. So many people came that the highways were basically shutdown. Only a few members of Congress marched with us. The rest were hiding in their taxpayer bought houses, or else fled DC. It really shows that they are scared when our non-representing representatives are afraid to speak to a peaceful assembly of Americans. B. Hussein Obama is still living in denial, so much so that he flew to the Midwest to avoid even hearing our chants of USA.
I dream of one day living in an America where government listens to the people, an America with term limits, an America that does not resort to socialism at every downturn in the economy, an America that embraces Capitalism, an America that embraces its founding fathers, an America that supports its military and doesn’t call them murderers, an America that encourages freedom and liberty, an America that doesn’t apologize for our accomplishments, an America of hand ups not handouts, an America that punishes crime, an America that doesn’t accuse enemies of being racist, an America of true equal opportunity not affirmative action, an America where workers work for their bosses not against them, an America that reports on events without bias, and finally an America that supports the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

I have to laugh when I read the trivia the liberals put out as intelligent comment. This march was not organized by anyone person Conservatives by definition do not have leaders telling us what to do. You can tell that the way we told rino McCain no thanks.and stayed home last election. We follow beliefs and ideas. The liberals will regret trying to downplay our voice. The WH claimed they did not even know about a march? If they are that blind imagine what the muslims will be doing.
What’s wrong with our media? Why wasn’t this on the major networks? If this were 2 million marching to support Obama, bet we would have seen it. I really hope I have this one wrong.

What I have seen almost NO meniion of is the cost of the Obama Health program and WHERE is the MONEY coming from? Is he going to pring even yet MORE millions? We are a broke country now and ready for a foreigh takeover. do you not see the writing on the wall? We are a Fascist state, pre=germany and ready for collapse. we could start by haveing gov’t oficials have the SAME health programs as we all have and pyut that money into health reform. we ould send all illegal aliens back to whence they came.
