Marlon Reddick
West Haven police have arrested a man who was driving with home-made pipe bombs, a saw-off shotgun, and assassination-type paraphernalia.
Marlon Reddick, 44, was stopped at 11pm Saturday night for equipment violations. As police questioned Reddick they noticed a large bag of pills on the passenger seat of his car.
Reddick claimed no knowledge of the pills and police asked him to step outside of the vehichle.
As police searched the car, they discovered a pipe bomb inside a duffle bag underneath the driver’s seat. Police removed themselves and Reddick from the area and called in the New Haven Police Department’s Bomb Squad. The Bomb Squad found another pipe bomb and rendered them safe.
Police closed the surrounding area off to traffic for 5 hours while the car was being searched.
Further investigation also discovered a sawed-off shotgun, bullet-proof vest, dark clothing and a ski mask.
As of this writing, police do not know what Reddick’s intentions were and an investigation is continuing. Reddick is being held on US $250,000 bail.

This person-if he were purple with pink polka dots–was SO up to no good with kinda “paraphernalia” in his car. UNLESS..? Do you suppose that along with those pills beside him on the seat-( wonder what they were?)-someone Also planted the pipe-bombs, sawed-off shot gun, bullet proof vest and dark clothing TOO?

Hmm, just imagine what could have happened if that police officer did not have the guts to pull this bumb over for those violations and investigate. Police officers like this one should be given gold medals for the work they do and not be charged for that falsehood called “racial profiling.”

I agree with what kit and ron says! First, a proactive cop fighting against terrorism, whether foreign or domestic, and defending the Constitution of the United States (and not violating it!), and the fact that domestic and foreign terrorists can come in any shape or color.
Thank God that this bizarre scenario happened before any innocent people died.
My dad is not a terrorist. Haven’t seen him in twenty yrs. I’m 26 now, when I google searched him this is the nonsense I find!!! Can’t explain his actions but I can say his family wasn’t the most stable mentally and physically. I really do remember him being a good dad, some how he ended up lost in the world like many have! Who are u to judge
