25-year-old Christian Mungia Garcia has been arrested for allegedly committing a “hate” crime on Patchogue, Long Island.

Police caught after he threw a wooden log and a glass bottle at a congregant of the Iglesia Evangelica Refugio de Salvacion in Patchogue. Cops later accused Garcia of leaving a hate-filled note Wednesday on the alter of the church.

The arrest of a Hispanic man for allegedly committing a “hate” crime comes hot on the heels of a Southern Poverty Law Center report that paints Suffolk County, Long Island as being hostile to Hispanics and claims immigrants live “in a climate of fear.”

Last fall, a gang of teens attacked Ecuadorian immigrant Marcelo Lucero and stabbed him to death, an incident that degenerate dirtbag and media shyster Curtis Sliwa capitalized on for publicity.

Ironically, even though Garcia is Hispanic, he will not be identified as such in FBI “hate” crime statistics. On the FBI’s Hate Crime Incident Report, Hispanics are listed in the Victim category, but are considered to be Whites in the Suspect category. This means that if Garcia had been the victim of a “hate” crime, he would be considered Hispanic. Since Garcia is the suspect, he is considered White.

Suffolk County police spokesman Tim Motz said the leaving of the note was not a racial hate crime. “It was a hate crime targeting religious practice,” Motz said.

Garcia was charged with Attempted Assault 3rd Degree as a Hate Crime, Criminal Trespass as a Hate Crime, and Aggravated Harassment 1st Degree.

Who is that “congregation?”- I’m not sure what to say about this as I don’t have all the info. Is this so-called “congregation” homosexual perhaps? Is that why they have arrested him? Please enlighten me someone.

In an aside note? When I was 13-I was walking the streets of Long Island one night with my then fiance’ and we were chased by a car load of guys! I’m so thankful we got away from them after much running and dodging. We got lost but finally found our way back to my sisters home. My point is that New York is a dangerous place–What AM I saying? My own neighborhood some 40 years later is now a dangerous neighborhood!

What is this guy’s immigration status?

BTW, the NY Post ran this story a few days ago before the perp was apprehended. I noticed that they haven’t run an update on this story reproting that the perp is Latino. The NY Post is getting more PC and more Left-Wing by the day.

“Tim Motz said the leaving of the note was not a racial hate crime.”

On 9/2 Newsday reported that “Carlos Sanchez said he believed the writer wasn’t fluent in Spanish. The disjointed wording “didn’t make any sense,” he said.”

Garcia was a member of the church and probably speaks fluent Spanish. The whole intent behind the “disjointed wording” was to implicate non-Hispanics. THAT’S not a hate crime?

This latest SPLC fund raising tool mentions Lucero at every opportunity, because the alleged perps were white. Less than a month after Lucero’s murder, another Ecuadoran, Jose Sucuzhanay, was beaten to death by a gang of thugs because he was Hispanic and they also thought he was gay.

You won’t find that mentioned in the SPLC “report” because the convicted thugs were black.

The question that we must ask is: who is the SPLC, and why is it that what they say legitimate? Just because they say it is so, does that make it so? The Ministry of Lies gives them legitimacy, because they reflect their views. Dees gets on TV everytime there is a “documentary” about “White racism”, as if, he’s the quintessinal authority on “White racism”. Yet he has been shown to be a cheap leftwing propagandist. Their days are waning, as this regime in D.C. is throwing the term out so much, that it is becoming meaningless. To use it, immeadiately puts people on the defensive. Yet remember the Mexican serial killer who used to hop railroads and killed scores of victims? Where was Dees and his slimy ilk on that story? And so many others with White victims. As for the Post, it died when Eric Breindel died. It is a shitrag!

You must have missed the news report from WPIX. This wasn’t a hate crime against race. It was a hate crime against Religion.

You must not have read the article I wrote. I note that in it. -Admin.

The Hate crimes in Patchogue must be prolific.
The Hate Crimes committed by the Caucasian Crew last year, led by Jeff Conroy, were ongoing. They went “Beaner Bashing” at least once a week. This was thoroughly reported in Newsday and other local papers. The Caucasian Crew murdered Marcelo Lucero during one of their “Beaner Bashing” weekly outings. The trial is coming up soon, then we will see all of the testimony.

What is important is that these Hate crimes STOP! Whether they are hate crimes for race, ethnicity, religion or sexual preference. The perpetrators need to know they will suffer punishment to the fullest extent of the law. That, hopefully, will deter them and others like them from ever committing these types of crimes or any crimes again. That is called Justice. The SPLC writes about these crimes to help STOP them.

What is important is that the anti-White bias in reporting and prosecuting “hate” crimes STOP! The FBI lists “Hispanics” separately in the “victim” category yet lumps them in with Whites in the “attacker” category. That is anti-White bias being done by the government! And the SPLC is responsible for this with their biased coverage of “White” groups over non-White groups.

Hate is Hate. You don’t get punched in the face out of love. “Hate” crimes are double jeopardy and were created to continue the narrative that Whites are “evil” and “oppressive” while non-Whites are “victims” in need of government protection. -Admin.
