Just returned from Botswana, where my family ran an export business since 1950. Met a Dutch Epidemiologist who told me There are several pneumatic strains of HIV that are mimicking TB transmission of 70 years ago. Children are the most vunerable to these airborne strains, just like childhood diseases. I remember Polio in the late 40's and how parents would hide their kids in the warmer months, etc. Viruses become stronger and smaller as they mutate. Border crossing through out the world will become tighter.

^^Why should they fund it when they know the gullible U.S. will come to the rescue. Obama loves to spend money, especially on something that will only cost the U.S. more money in the long run, like African immigrants.
