The Obama Administration has limited her authority by giving others the jobs a normal Sec. of State would cover, reducing her to a weak figure head. She is traveling around on the taxpayer dime, doing another all for Hillary tour. While trouble brews further in North Korea, while protesters continue to be killed in Iran, etc., Hillary is on an image builder, having a vacation in India. What a waste. She was once Co-President of an Administration that made it policy to lie about the genocide in Rwanda, appeased a killer named Arafat, peddled pardons to the likes of Marc Rich.
