Micky Louis Mayon
A White supremacist with ties to the Aryan Brotherhood has been arrested in Israel on gun-related charges after an international manhut that included his story shown on America’s Most Wanted.
Micky Louis Mayon disappeared in 2007 after allegedly setting fire to a judge’s car in Steelton, PA of April that year. He was arrested for firing off a shotgun several months earlier.
The international manhunt for Mayon began after police raided his PA home and found a receipt for an airline ticket to Israel. He arrived there in January 2008 as a tourist but had stayed on illegally, washing dishes and living off money sent from his parents.
Sabine Hadda, a spokeswoman for Israel’s interior ministry, said immigration police raided Mayon’s apartment in south Tel Aviv following a tip-off from Interpol on Monday.
“Locating and identifying Mayon in a foreign country sends a strong message that you can run, but you cannot hide. Even though Mayon had fled the country, US marshals and the Steelton police department did not stop in their pursuit of justice,” said US Marshal Michael R Regan in a statement.
UPDATE: To add another twist of irony to what is already an unusual story, it has been revealed that Mayon was turned in by his pregnant Jewish-Israeli girlfriend, who went into shock after he revealed his fugitive past to her.

I’m not surprised that he got along so well in Israel. In Israel you have your really great Jews, not like the Bernie Madoff, Ivan Boesky, Michael Milken crooks and Dershowitz, Kunstler, Woody Allen schwartze suck-ups like in the U.S.
