A South African court has handed down a lighter prison sentence to man convicted of rape because he is “well educated” and his victim a “full grown woman.”
The National Assembly’s Justice Committee is investigating how convicted rapist Moagi Molefe got only four years in prison from the Carletonville Magistrate’s Court when the sentencing calls for life in prison.
Judge JF Steyn sentenced Molefe to four years and six months because he was a ‘well-educated man and had three dependents’. Molefe appealed against his conviction, and was released on bail in August. His appeal was dismissed last Friday and has begun serving his sentence.
Parliament’s Justice Committee chairperson, Advocate Ngoako Ramatlhodi, has vowed to investigate Molefe’s sentence and promised to involve Justice Minister Jeff Radebe.

I am just wondering this, if this guy is so "well educated" then why did he commit the horrible crime of rape ? And what morons would let him get away with such a light sentencing when all rapists deserve to be hung ?
That is sad. That “educated man” and that STUPID f**k judge need to be both hanged. There is no such thing as “justice” in the justice system.
