In a 5-to-4 ruling, the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled in favor of a group of White men and one Hispanic who claimed the New Haven, CT firefighting department discriminated against them because of their race in not hiring them.
Ricci v. DeStefano, began when New Haven voided its entire 2003 promotional exam after the results made 18 Whites – but no Blacks – eligible to become officers. When the city decided to promote no one, the White men fought back using the legal system, claiming the rejection was unconstitutional.
The case became a media focal point due to SCOTUS nominee Sonia Sotomayor having ruled against the White men while an appeals judge. Sotomayor has also claimed her experience as a “wise Latina” trumps the knowledge of White men when it comes to making decisions as a judge.

This is a monumental reversal. With any luck, this will put an end to the frivolous discrimination law suits that are abound. I, for one, am tired of hearing about people claiming discrimination because they don’t get what they want. Even worse, the fact that this case went this far is an embarrassment of justice.
This is what we can expect out of “Barack the Kenyan” for the next few years. She is a reflection of what he believes. And, don’t fool yourself for ONE minute….her record was scrutinized by Barry’s people BEFORE he nominated that racist!

The opposition says: “We shall overcome”, but the very fact that the court ruled in the favour of the White firefighters proves that this time, WE HAVE OVERCOME!!!!!!! Look at this society, the quality of life, the degredation of everyday life, our institutions, and we can see that when Nixon signed into law the affirmative action law, he set America on the slide into decay.
While I am happy that the SC overturned the decision of the Bronx Toilet Cleaner, it is a very small victory. AA remains "de riguer" in this anarchic anti-White "society." Not even Ronald Reagan had the guts to overturn by executive order what Nixon and other presidents did in favor of this racist policy.
In any event, this AA Hispanic racist will still be confirmed, since the Republicans don't have the guts to even try a filibuster lest they be called "racist."
This is a victory for white people, I think. I really hope America has reached a turning point, and that the White people of America and other western countries will now stand up, and stick together when their interests are threatened!
Let Barack Obama be the first, and last colored president of the United States of America, and f— affirmative action!
Oh, and Sonia Sotomayor should go back cleaning toilets!
