The US Justice Department has requested that a lawsuit seeking the recovery of Beringian leader Geronimo’s remains be thrown out of court on grounds that the claims are not covered by the laws cited in the case.
The great-grandson of Beringian leader Geronimo filed the suit last Feburary to “free Geronimo, his remains, funerary objects and spirit from 100 years of imprisonment.” Harlyn Geronimo is citing The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990 to make his claim.
Justice officials argue the Repatriation Act does not apply to Geronimo’s remains as they have not been disturbed since 1990.
The Geronimo lawsuit names Skull and Bones, Yale University, Barack Obama, Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Secretary of the Army Pete Geren as defendants.

The remains should be RETURNED to the descendants, PERIOD! AND instead of the govt protecting the grave robber “society” the govt should say “hand them over or there WILL BE CRIMINAL proceedings vs Yale & the “society” itself”!

This moron forgets or is so ignorant that he doesn’t know, or want to know the facts: The Solutrean White People were here first! The bones of our ancestors have been stolen by these interloper Beringians! They tried to steal the Bones of The Kennewick Man, they stolen the Spirit cave remains, and many, many others, by saying the bullshit that: “our people were here before time.” Now, since they came AFTER the Solutreans, and didn’t know the meaning of “time”, they are interlopers who murdered the Solutreans and stole everything that they had! They built their “civilizations” on the remains of a once great and mighty folk! But with the F.O. in charge, they will be given carte blance to steal our Ancestors remains to keep White People in ignorance about the truth. Geronimo was a savage murderer who slaughtered innocent pioneers. He was no “hero” despite the lies that are taught! Check out the Sunday NY Times story on the Moromon who comitted suicide because the gov’t persecuted him for “stealing” so called remains and artifacts. With the F.O. the paper says that he is “reaching out” to the Beringians. meaning: he will allow the Beringians to keep the lid on the truth that WE WERE HERE FIRST!!!!!!!!
