Obama’s popularity is in free fall. I think Rasmussen has strongly approve/disapprove at 31/30. This mess won’t help at all. The irony of the same court that struck down affirmative action will get it thrust upon them.

It seems to me that Obama is now showing what many have feared. He seems to be pandering to any minority that he can. He seems to have a propensity to pick, female, black, Hispanic, what have you, and any combination of all the possibilities.

It has been my experience that if a white politician does not appoint any minorities that they would be sexist and/or racist. My question is why are the same standards applied here?
