Former US President Bill Clinton was caught red-handed this weekend after he was photographed fondling the backside of American actress Fran Drescher.
Bill Clinton was caught with a handull this past weekend.
The incident occurred at the Life Ball charity event this past weekend. No word has been said by either Clinton or Drescher about the incident, and some believe Clinton did not mean the touch to be offensive.
