Swine Flu Makes Air-Borne AIDS?

when-pigs-fly-3The World Health Organization has issued a dire warning to health care officials, warning of the very real possibility that Swine Flu could mutate with the HIV virus into an air-borne version of AIDS.

Anne Schuchat, a scientist with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has seperately confirmed to Bloomberg News that Swine flu’s potential to reconfigure its genetic material and become more deadly is a “major concern” to those monitoring the virus outbreak.

Once infected with Swine Flu, the H1N1 virus “re-associates” with the genetics of other viruses in the same person. In the case of HIV, one possibility is the H1N1 virus could take-on the immune system killing effects of HIV and still retain its ability to be spread by air.

The WHO report notes how HIV has already mutated with tuberculosis in South Africa to make the disease more easily spreadable and harder to manage.

The H1N1 virus is noted for its unique mutation of genetic material from swine, human, and bird flues, a first of its kind ever seen by scientists and medical researchers.

HIV+ patients are especially susceptible to the Swine Flu because their immune systems are already compromised by the HIV virus, and need antivirals the most.

“Patients at higher risk for complications of influenza including those with HIV infection should be among those prioritised for antiviral treatment with oseltamivir or zanamivir which shortens illness duration and severity in seasonal influenza,” says the WHO alert.

That’s not what they’re saying at all. They’re mentioning “combination” not in the genetic sense.

Essentially, HIV + TB are very dangerous together because usually TB patients go into long-term remission on their own. It’s actually rather rare for healthy people to have the active form of the illness, although it happens once in a while. People who are immunocompromised, though, get the active form and get it fast and hard, resulting in an increased mortality rate AND a more efficient spread, since TB is only truly contagious when it is active.

The concerns for swine flu are similar: it’ll be more deadly in immunocompromised individuals, if what we’re seeing in the main population holds true.

It’s incredibly unlikely– nearly impossible– that swine flu and HIV could ever swap genes, given that they have very different protein sequences and reproduce in entirely different cell types, HIV targeting the lymph nodes, bone marrow, and white blood cells in them, with the flu going after either the lungs or the gastrointestinal tract.

    It’s called “man made.”

    Chatelier

    Hence the term “mutation”

To Chatelier…are you saying that the article is false is stating that swine cannot mutate with the aids virus?

Being HIV positive for the past 20 years, I have had numerous bouts of flu, and a round of TB. The virus needs a live host. within a few minutes of exposure to air it will die. I have no fear of this.

I worked in Botswanna which had lowest HIV infection 10 years ago. now 20% like south africa. Many Africans think this AIDS is punishment from driving white europeans from goverment. There are almost no African airline pilots now. The governments are bringing in Russians to fly the jets. 9-12 year old girls are forced to have sex because Shamans say its cure for AIDS. The Africans are too primitive to grasp what this disease is doing to the populations. Obama is trying to pass hatecrime laws in USA before he anounces that AIDS is airborne. That’s crazy but what was sent to us by WHO and CDC. The US press is censoring this news

If the US government is hiding how bad AIDS virus is contagious, when children start dying you will civil unrest. I worked in Civil Defense in 1954, just prior to the vaccine for polio. We were trained in ‘forced quarantine’ of the population in sealed shelters. We also had access to firearms for crowd control if civil unrest spread. My sister’s brother-in-law who works for FEMA has been told that the AIDS/swineflu combo is real and the powers that be are sweating.

When the AIDS virus began spreading in the early ’80’s, my retired friend’s nursing professional journal reported that AIDS was spread in Africa through a mistake–a smallpox vaccine mutated, and the WHO vaccinated a lot of people with what turned out to be HIV.
AIDS is one of the “pestilences” mentioned by Jesus in Matthew 24, which would be a sign of the coming destruction of this world system of things, and the unjust domination of one man over another..

    To Dickcutler
A friend of mine and I were talking about this today. He recalled hearing how AIDS came from a mutated polio vaccine. You seemed to touch on that in your comments. What else do you know about that? I’m going to research that some more.
I also remember how Reagan wanted to quarantine people with AIDS. He should have.
Of course, Hollywood hasn’t helped. They encourage the very immoral and unclean practices that help spread it. I guess they figure if they are going to go, they want to take the rest of the world down with them.

how come THIS is not getting out and about courtesy of the WHO ?
or the “carrier” would already be too ill with this flu to be running around spreading it via droplets ?OR both hiv/flu can be spread during the contagious stage ?

    which is it ?

    To: DALANEY MORSE

It seems you are the one who is ignorant. I live in Botswana and yes although our HIV/AIDS stats are very high (far more than your 20%) we are not so ignorant. Aids is no longer such a stigma and if you didn’t know we are one of the few countries in the world who freely gives ARV’s to Aids patients. Another fact for you: we have a Aids research center here assisted by Bill Gates and Harvard university so we are far beyond believing that Aids is because white people have been thrown out of government(which is also bullshit). Air Botswana pilots are all African and not Russian! Your information is so warped i find it hard to believe that you were even allowed into our country or is that another fictitious story of yours, especially considering you don’t even spell our country’s name correctly. And no Africans are actually not so primitive we are well aware of the devastating effects of AIDS. I hope you never come back here cause we don’t need such stupid, ignorant people here….we can cope very well without you!

I think your alll a bunch of bible thumpin idiots ad if I could get close enough, I d spit a wad of aids in your eye!

  13. Samuel says

good point chatelier with different viruses using different cell typed to reproduce it is incredibly unlikely that this would ever happen, nonetheless it is not impossible and if it ever happend i think the world would be more fucked than if 200 nukes went off

  14. lyna says

Its a virus. And viruses are not alive so they can die. they do need a host cell to reproduce in a sence because they take over the cell and tell it to replicate its DNA instead and then dividing and multiplying
