Originally uploaded to YouTube on January 20, 2009, Degenerate Dirtbag Curtis Sliwa states that lifestyle magazine MobCandy is put out by the Gambino Crime Family and then alleges that MobCandy is a money laundering outfit for organized crime!
MobCandy publisher Frank DiMateo, who has no ties to any organized crime outfit, has filed a defamation lawsuit against Sliwa for this video. The case is currently pending.
Also note that it is illegal to film or photograph the NYC subway system without permission from New York City. Did Curtis Sliwa get permission?
And notice how Sliwa and his camera goon are crouched down and away from the front of the news kiosk. Did the owner of that kiosk know that his property was being used by Sliwa as a prop in his film? Did the owner of that kiosk give Sliwa permission to use his property in the film?
Inquiring minds want to know.
