Sliwa Rips Off Tourists

Degenerate Dirtbag Curtis Sliwa has found a new sideline in duping unsuspecting tourists with a special guided tour of New York City’s South Bronx.

On his or her own, a tourist can purchase an all-day MetroCard pass for $7.50, take the 4 train and see crime-ridden areas in the South Bronx like 183rd, Fordham, Edenwald and Southern Boulevard. Directions and maps of these areas are available for free on Google Maps. Yet the Guardian Angels leader expects tourists to give him $5,000 for a tour of these areas.

“You see the improvement in the South Bronx, but you also see the remnants of the 1970s and 1980s,”  Sliwa told Crain’s New York. “There are still abandoned buildings, graffiti, and young men congregating on corners staring out evilly as if you could be their ATM.”

Oh my. Seems Oakies from flyover country who can’t afford a wild African safari can slum with the Angels for the right price.
