Obama Warms Up To Cuba

obama_cubaBarack Obama plans to lift some long-standing restrictions on Cuba and has dispatched a coalition from the Congressional Black Caucus to the Communist dictatorship, two signs of warming relations between the Cold War enemies.

The moves follow higly-controversial plans to shut down the terrorist detainment center in Guantanamo Bay. Cigar-chewing Communist maggot Fidel Castro praised Obama during last year’s US presidential campaign. After Obama won, current president and Fidel’s little brother Raul said he was open to talks with an Obama Administration.

Obama plans to lift restrictions on Cuban-Americans from visiting family left behind in the Communist holdout, and lifting a ban on sending money there. The travel ban was part of the embargo America placed on Cuba in 1962. It became a political football after Jimmy Carter allowed the ban to lapse. President Reagan reinstated the ban, and then President Clinton allowed family members to visit. President George W. Bush narrowed the definition of family to only imediate members, but the Democrat-controlled congress redefined family to include uncles, aunts, and other distant relatives.

A similar back-and-forth political game has been played by previous administrations over money sent to Cuba. Currently, Cuban-Americans can send US $300 a quarter to relatives in Cuba. The island dictatorship gets an estimated US $700 million a year from Cuban-Americans.

The planned move makes good on a campaign promise Obama made last May. It was then when he said, “It’s time to let Cuban-Americans see their mothers and their fathers, their sisters and their brothers. It’s time to let Cuban-American money make their families less dependent on the Castro regime.”

The delegation from the Black Congressional Caucus arrived in Cuba on Friday as part of an exploratory committee intent on improving relations with Cuba. The all-black, all-Democrat contingent will be in there for six days, meeting with higher-ups like Foreign Relations Minister Bruno Rodriguez and parliament head Ricardo Alarcon. Although there is no official meeting with Raul Castro planned, conspicuous holes left open in the Caucus’ schedule suggest that such a get-together may happen.

The delegation is being led by California Democrat congresswoman Barbara Lee and includes Marcia Fudge, D-Ohio, Mel Watt, D-N.C., Emanuel Cleaver, D-MO., and Bobby Rush, D-Ill.; as well as fellow California Democrats Mike Honda and Laura Richardson.

How low the USA has fallen as now the Boons (only 13% of the population) seem to be in total control of a once poud White America. First Rhodesia and then South Africa went to the dogs – at the hands of the Liberal Commie West – and now the greatest nation Yahweh ever created is next.

    Shame on y’all!!!

Why a black convoy? And for that matter why do we have a black caucus? Next we’ll have a Latin caucus and an Asian caucus and an Indian caucus, hell why bother having a UNITED states at all if everyone is going to keep supporting separatist groups? Effing ridonk.
Cubans don’t want to make nice with blue-eyed whitey? Tell me Barry and Lady M aren’t perpetuating the race card and I’ll sell you a bridge in Arizona.

It didn’t take long for this illegal alien red worm Obama to link up with comrade Castro by dispatching a coalition of his Black brethren (the black circus) to visit the Cuban gulag.

Since when did the Black Caucus represent this nation as a racial group?

Obama needs to be removed from office along with the black circus and shipped to Kenya.

Obama is a modern day Nimrod who rules by his communist racist black liberation ideology, this act shows proof of this.

Uhm, Mike Honda is Black? Get a clue. You are all must have your heads on backwards…and Fidel Castro has “chewed” cigars in many years, where have you been? Oh, right, you guys think Mike Honda is Black!
