Ward Churchill leaves court vindicated.
The jury hearing the wrongful termination lawsuit of Ward Churchill has ruled in favor of the Nutty Beringian Professor, saying the University of Colorado fired him for an essay comparing the victims of 9/11 to “little Eichmans”.
Churchill was awarded $1 by the jury and a chance to get his job back. Upon hearing the verdict, Churchill jumped to his feet and hugged his wife, Natsu Saito, and his lawyer, David Lane.
Lane told reporters that a reinstatement motion will be filed within 30 days and a judge will determine if Churchill can get his tenured professorship at the university back. Lane added that the university will now be responsible for the hundreds of thousands of dollars Churchill in legal fees has accumulated in his battle.
University spokesman Ken McConnellogue said the university will review its options before deciding whether to appeal, noting that “(The verdict) doesn’t change the fact that more than 20 of his faculty peers found that he engaged in plagiarism and other academic misconduct.” McConnellogue also noted the $1 damage award says a lot about about the merits of Churchill’s civil claims.

We didn't go far enough in killing these Beringians.
I heard that ward churchill wasn’t a real indian but a self hating white instead.
I hope that he’s listening to World Solutrean Month on TRP to learn how our Solutrean Ancestors where murdered and their land stolen by the Beringians. Maybe then he’ll cut off his stupid pony tail, which is really a deeb knob with the grey streak in it. One People, One Culture, One Race!!!!
One dollar award is about fair. Free speech and all. Wish he wouldn't in front of the kids is all.
