Former Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo has invited US Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to a rally organized by a coalition of immigrants rights groups so she can explain to them why thinks illegal aliens are “patriotic”.
The invite is in response to Pelosi’s calling illegal aliens “patriotic” and law enforcement officals “un-American” for upholding US law.
“She was telling them that breaking into the country made them heroes, patriots, and any attempt to try to enforce the law was anti-American,” Tancredo said. “If she believes that enforcing our immigration laws is ‘un-American,’ that tells us that new round of immigration reform is pointless: Why pass new laws if Speaker Pelosi can decide which ones are to be enforced and which ones ignored?” he asked.
The “Unity March” is scheduled for May in Greeley, Colorado.
