Icelandic film producers Ingvar Thórdarson and Júlíus Kemp have filed an injunction against the NBC television series Heroes, claiming a plot line from the show is practically a copy-and-paste job of their 2007 movie, Astrópía.

Thórdarson and Kemp seek to have the broadcast stopped and then get compensated for their work.
Astrópía was the highest-grossing film in Iceland in 2007, and became a cult hit when released internationally.
