Geronimo Ancestors Sue Skull & Bones

The great-grandson of Beringian leader Geronimo claims in a lawsuit that the mysterious fraternity Skull and Bones stole the remains of his great-grandfather and is still holding on to them.

The 32-page lawsuit of Harlyn Geronimo cites The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990, which addresses the rights of lineal descendants, Indian tribes and “native” Hawaiian organizations to human remains and cultural objects that may be Beringian in nature. Harlyn Geronimo is asking the court “to free Geronimo, his remains, funerary objects and spirit from 100 years of imprisonment at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, the Yale University campus at New Haven, Connecticut, and wherever else they may be found.”

“If remains are not properly buried, the spirit is just wandering, wandering, until a proper burial has been performed,” Harlyn Geronimo said at a press conference.

The suit names Skull and Bones, Yale University, Barack Obama, Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Secretary of the Army Pete Geren as defendants.

The controversy began in 2006, when Yale Alumni Magazine published an article alleging evidence that Skull and Bones had stolen the skull and bones of Geronimo had been found. The hand-written letter dated 1918 from one Skull and Bones member to another confirms that Geronimo’s skull, femurs and saddle bit were exhumed and placed in Skull and Bones’ club, known as The Temple.

However, not everyone is convinced that the fraternity actually has the remains of Geronimo. Cameron University history professor David H. Miller cites historical accounts that the grave was unmarked and overgrown until the 1920s. “My assumption is that they did dig up somebody at Fort Sill,” says Miller. “It could have been an Indian, but it probably wasn’t Geronimo.”

Skull and Bones were not available for comment on the lawsuit.

Geronimo was a terrorist! Plain and simpe! But because he is a Beringian, he's now the victim! This is a fairy tale that Skull and Bones has his head. More mythology, and they still try to tie it to Pres.Bush and his father! I would be ashamed to say that a bloodthirsty savage is my ancestor. But, when the Beringians, no matter how savage are romanticised, people will feel sorry for them no matter what attrocities they committed upon Solutreans!

Skull and Bones should be shut down permanently. The Bush family should also be named as defendants in the suit. Prescott Bush stole the remains, a felony and a charge of grave robbing. Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. both knew the remains were stolen by their family member, knew the remains were located on Bonesmen property, and did absolutely NOTHING to correct this injustice. Americans, beware of the wealthy elitist that belong to Skull and Bones, Freemasons, Illuminati, The Trilateral commission, CFR, the Bohemian Club, the Bilderberger group and other secret clandestine groups. Kennedy said by their very nature, secret societies are repugnant to a free society. I couldn’t agree more.

To The Less than Great Frank: Geronimo was no terrosit. Geronimo was a great Apache Chief that fought for his people with courage and honor. That’s more than I can say about Prescott Bush, a war profiteer who financed and supported Nazi Germany while his country was at war with them. I call that a scoundrel and a traitor. Too many so called “globalist” wealthy think they somehow are superior to the average man, while in reality every man must be judged by their deeds and not the size of their bank account. Your arrogance and stupidity show by the screen name you use, “The Great Frank”. HA!
