The Rev. Al Sharpton bellowed his uniquely-toned whine against the NY Post for publishing a cartoon linking a deranged chimp to the author of the Stimulus Bill.
Sharpton blathered Monday that the cartoon is “troubling at best given the historic racist attacks of African-Americans as being synonymous with monkeys” and called on Post editors to clarify what they meant.
The cartoon has drawn whiny editorials from such stalwarts of left-leaning “mainstream” news organizations as CNN and The Huffington Post.
Post Editor-in-Chief Col Allan responded to the crying by saying, “The cartoon is a clear parody of a current news event, to wit the shooting of a violent chimpanzee in Connecticut. It broadly mocks Washington’s efforts to revive the economy.Again, Al Sharpton reveals himself as nothing more than a publicity opportunist.”

I would think that if you don't act like a monkey, a comment like this wouldn't bother you. If someone calls me a "saltine", a "honky", or a "cracker", I don't get upset.
