While the question of Barack Obama’s “natural born” status remains shrouded in speculation, new evidence suggests that even if he really was born in Hawaii, nobody can say which hospital it was.
UPI article from November 4, 2008 says Obama was born at Queen’s Medical Center. To quote:
Obama described his birth at Queen’s Medical Center in Hawaii Aug. 4, 1961, to a young white woman from Kansas and a father of Luo ethnicity from Nyanza Province in Kenya, as an all-American story transcending orthodox racial stereotypes and experience.
This is also corroborated by an article in the Star Bulletin.
However, a December 3, 2008 article in the Honolulu Advertiser suggests he was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center:
His tours swing by Noelani Elementary School, where Obama went to kindergarten. And past his birthplace, Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children.
Both Obama’s half sister and Wikipedia have said Obama was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center.

5. Since no facts are in dispute, Supreme Court rules on Summary Judgment to enjoin BHO’s inauguration as President.
6. Therefore, BHO is not inaugurated as President.
7. Vice President Elect Biden is inaugurated Acting President under the 20th Amendment to serve until new President is determined — the procedure for which determination to be set out by Congress and/or the Supreme Court so long as in conformance with the Constitution.

He was born at Kapiolani. He writes in Dreams from my Father about walking with his father, down the street from where he lived, past the hospital where he was born. That is Kapiolani. I don’t know where the idea that he was born at Queens started. The only place ever given as his birth place by him and his family is Kapiolani.

Has anyone ever considered he may not have been born at all, but merely arrived to tend to his flock of needy followers? More and more it looks like that may be the case! He was needed, he arrived, and his flock has been overjoyed and delerious with anticipation at what miracles he will perform once inaugurated. Just think, if he can raise enough dead from the cemeteries they may be able to actually vote for themselves when he runs for the second term. If he can wrest enough money from those who earn the money, perhaps he can totally eliminate the nasty conservatives by starving them out. According to http://www.worldnetdaily.com in multiple articles, Obama's half-sister Maya has made contradictory statements about where her half-brother was born. In an interview several years ago with a reporter, she said that he was born at Queens Medical Center. In a later interview, she said it was Kapiolani Medical Center. Why would she have two different responses to the same question? And why doesn't the "birth certificate" that Obama has put out on the internet say in which hospital he was born? Mine does.
Interesting. Some of you might be old enough, but I don’t know if y’all remember back to Nixon? He had a Vice President named Spiru Agnew, who had been Governor of Maryland. Spiru went to prison for taking kickbacks from contractors. Nixon appointed Ford as VP, resigned, and Ford granted clemacy.
They then debated hierarchy of succession. Today, the pecking order is Bush, Cheney, and Pelosi. Come 1/20/09 the pecking order will be Obama, Biden, and Pelosi. I suppose it could be trashed out in the courts whether Congress could by law institute succession.
However, I’m pretty open minded. So sometime between now and 1/20/08, when pigs sprout wings and fly, if Barack does not become President, it sounds like the choice is between Nancy and Hillary.

Mike, the original birth certificate is the one we need to see. The one filled out at birth with the attending physician and footprint. If Mike goes to get a passport, they aren't going to care about where he *says* he was born, they are going to by the document that states where & when. Those little birth announcements are picked up by stringers who cull them from various places, just like the police blotter. The document behind it is NOT the long form birth certificate. An investigator could not find any one who remembers Obama's family at that address. Where is the doctor? Not one nurse, employee, or any one from either hospital has come forward to say they remember the birth. Who paid the bill? And back in the '60s a mixed race couple — let alone a mixed birth — would have caused no end of talk. Even if everyone is dead by now, there have to be records. I was born in '52 and I remember these sorts of incidents. One local businessman was continually thwarted in his political efforts because of his black wife. And this was way beyond the '60s. There is much more, just try to find out anything about this man, his college records? Where is the passport he traveled on?
To add insult to injury, google Obama and Citibank and you will find that he was instrumental in forcing the banks to begin making those bad loans, those same loans which have now crushed our economy.
An AOL poll shows a majority thinks that there is something wrong here. The entire affair can be put to rest in a few minutes. Produce the original birth certificate if it exists.

THis proof is acceptable in any court in the land.
What you want to see does not matter. What matters is that there isn't a court in this country that would not accept that certificate as proof that he was born in Honolulu.

Most people do not have the time or technical background to understand computer images of Obama’s “birth certificates” and you turn them off. You need to raise a much simpler argument and repeat it over and over and over again until it sinks in.
Ask everybody a simple question! Why does Obama refuse to request the same Hawaii state office to mail the same document that Obama displays on his websites directly to all the parties who sue him to do just that? After all this is just a computer printout with a stamp and a seal on it, like a college transcript. This is not a copy of any original physical document. There are hundreds of thousands of Americans willing to pay all the processing fees, even to pay Obama for his effort to request it. Instead Obama uses at least three law firms to defend all the lawsuits. It is estimated that Obama has paid close to $1 million in legal fees to avoid presenting the same computer printout he shows on his websites.
The ignorance of some people on this subject is one thing; the rudeness is quite another.
It’s clear from some of the comments that:
1) If you’re against Obama, you MUST be racist,
2) If Obama actually HAD a certified birth certificate, he would have already ended this craziness,
3) If Obama was a U.S. citizen in 1981, he would have had a U.S. passport when he went into Pakistan…but instead, he had an Indonesian one.
4) The majority of citizens prefer to keep their heads in the sand rather than to confront the possibility that they have been “had” by Barry
5) If Obama had been born in Hawaii, his Kenyan grandmother (and the Kenyan hospital that has his real birth certificate showing the name of the physician who delivered him) would have had to have been magically transported to Hawaii.
6) Hawaii state officials have said they examined Obama’s birth certificate and it is authentic–they didn’t say if it said, “U.S”. or “Kenya” Note how carefully they have worded their press releases.
7) The person who referred to “Mars” is dead on.
8) Obama has such a devoted following, that there is no limit to the lies, fraud, and cover-up people would be willing to do for him.
9) There will be a day of reckoning for Barry, the DNC, and those who helped to perpetrate this hoax on the American people.

You’re wrong. There are two types of certificates. The one that has been “released” wouldn’t even get you into Little League in this country, let alone be sufficient proof of “natural born” citizenship. However, even if he had been born here, when he went to Indonesia, they did not allow dual citizenship and he would have had to relinquish his U.S. citizenship–which, according to documents in evidence, his family did–on his behalf. He used an Indonesian passport to go to Pakistan in the early 80′s and has never been “naturalized” since returning to the U.S. His Kenyan grandmother is videotaped stating she was in the delivery room when O was born in Kenya.
The birth certificate that was released is simply issued when a live birth is recorded in the state–which no one is saying didn’t happen. What the problem is, is O either was not born here, or else his citizenship was relinquished later on….in any case, he is no longer considered “natural born”. That’s what Berg’s lawsuit is all about. Okay, let's see now….Obama's sister says he was born in 2 different hospitals in Hawaii, Obama's grandmother in Kenya says he was born there, that she was in the delivery room. Obama releases a phony birth CERTIFICATION and it's published by a website with no credibility in anything, then factcheck.org vouches for the credibility of the birth CERTIFICATION, but they have a conflict of interest (for starters). Then Obama's grandmother on his mom's side, the only one left living who could probably confirm the accuracy of where he was born (and she and Obama don't get along because she doesn't like the angry person he has become) conveniently croaks just before the election right after a visit from Obama. Then Obama spends gobs of money fighting lawsuit after lawsuit rather than simply producing a valid birth certificate proving he was born in the U.S. Obama also refuses to release to this day any documents about his grade school, high school, or college history, his medical records and his selective service records (and that's just the beginning), all of which could contain information of his birthplace and citizenship, and also refuses to release his thesis and other documents which could clarify who Obama really is and what he believes.
So now we only have his known experience of his past associations of socialists, communists, terrorists, criminals, and America haters who vouch for him, and his training in community organizing (a la Saul Alinsky, the communist) to go on.
