Addressing his ZANU-PF party’s annual conference Friday, Marxist Dictator Robert Mugabe has declared that “Zimbabwe is mine“, vowing never step down, despite calls from world and African leaders.
Zimbabwe has been decimated by out-of-control inflation and a deadly cholera epidemic that has likely killed thousands.
“I will never, never, never, never surrender. Zimbabwe is mine, I am a Zimbabwean. Zimbabwe for Zimbabweans,” Mugabe told his party’s annual conference.
Evoking bogeyman Great Britain, Mugabe declared, “Zimbabwe never for the British, Britain for the British.”
Mugabe ironically said he would remain until “his people decided to change him,” as Mugabe lost power to rival Movement for Democratic Change in free and open elections in April 2008.
