Police Strip Boer Farmers Of Civil Rights

Anti-White Racism increases in South Africa

Two Boer farmers were refused their right to an attorney by police after being arrested for apprehending a disgruntled ex-worker who attacked the property he worked on and stabbed his foreman’s wife.

Boer farmers Emile Bloemhof and Albert Koltzov apprehended ex-worker Mr. Ncube, who was terminated and returned to the farm intent on causing trouble. Ncube stabbed the foreman’s wife, attacked other workers on the farm and fled.

Beeld (Afrikaans daily newspaper) yesterday confirmed the horrific and even worse, very worrying change in police attitude toward whites. It is a cornerstone of every civilized country’s legal system that if you are arrested, you are entitled to legal representation. It even forms the basis of an acquittal if that right is denied, even if you are guilty.

While Ncube was apprehended by the two farmers AND some of the other workers, police arrested only the two farmers, locking them up in cells overnight after handing Ncube over to the authorities.

The farmers, who were locked up in police cells overnight, were refused their right to see their attorney.

When Bloemhof and Koltzov eventually phoned their lawyer who duly arrived, the inspector in charge of the cells told him he did not have the authority to allow him to see his clients. The attorney then called the investigating officer who said he was busy and would be there in an hour and a half.

The farmer’s attorney then called supervisor Caroline Mokatsi, the commander of the Marble Hall police, who merely told him to buzz off. The attorney plans to complain to the Complaints Directorate, but word is they are totally useless anyway.

The next day, a charge of attempted murder was withdrawn in court. Their attorney said there was no evidence whatsoever and the magistrate threw out the case. As is to be guessed, Bloemhof and Koltzov plan to sue the cops.
